It is useful for nonstandard sizes and for cropping a full-page shipping document into a smaller label.

Open the PDF in Adobe Reader or another PDF reader, choose Edit, then Take a Snapshot, and draw the area you want to print.

Set the print properties to the correct label size, preview the result, and print when the preview looks correct.
