Auto Power Off

To power on the unit, press and hold the power button while in power off mode until the LCD turns on.

To power off the unit, press and hold the power button while in power on mode until the LCD turns off.

On the power-on mode, use the Up or Down button to select the Particle Counter icon (yellow icon with a car), then press the ENTER button to enter the Particle Counter mode. This will start to measure and display temperature and humidity.

Press the RUN/STOP button to start the detection of particles. When the sample time is up, the particle measurement will automatically stop, and the data will automatically save.

You can also press the RUN/STOP button to stop the measurement when the sample time is not up.

On the particle counter mode, you can see icons corresponding to F1, F2, and F3. Press F3 to enter the Setup mode.

Use the Up or Down button to select the option you want to setup. Then press the ENTER button to confirm the parameter. The available settings include:

Sample Time: Adjust the sample time using the Up or Down button (Can be set to 60s/2.83L).

Start Delay: Adjust the time delay before measurement starts using the Up or Down button (up to 100 seconds).

Ambient Temp/%RH: Enable or Disable the display of air temperature and humidity.

Sample Cycle: Set the sampling period.

MassCon/Particle: Select between particle or mass concentration measurement mode.

Sample Mode: Select between Cumulative, Differential, or Concentration modes.

Interval: Set the time between samples for the sampling period if greater than one time. The longest interval is 100 seconds.

Level Indication: Select the alarm level corresponding to particle size. When the selected particle size is exceeded, the instrument measuring interface will prompt the excess.

Cumulative Mode: The meter works in cumulative mode and displays the sigma symbol.

Differential Mode: The meter works in differential mode and displays the delta (triangle) symbol.

Concentration Mode: The meter works in concentration mode and displays the “CON” symbol.

On the power-on mode, use the Up or Down button to select the HCHO icon (blue icon with a face), then press the ENTER button to enter the HCHO measure mode.

Start to measure HCHO, air temperature, and humidity after clearing a few seconds.

Press the RUN/STOP button to stop or open the measurement.

In HCHO mode, press F3 to enter the Setup mode. Use the Up or Down button to select options and ENTER to confirm parameters:

Start Delay: Set the waiting time before the start of measurement.

HCHO Alarm: Set the alarm value for HCHO or disable the alarm function.

Max/Min: Enable or Disable the display of measured maximum and minimum values.

Average/Dif: Enable or Disable the display of average or difference values.

Ambient Temp/%RH: Enable or Disable the display of air temperature and relative humidity.

Dewpoint/Wetbulb: Enable or Disable the display of dewpoint and wetbulb temperature.

Unit(ppm/mg/m³): Choose the measurement unit as ppm or mg/m³.

Turn the instrument on. Below the LCD is a bar icon. Click on the icon representing settings (Toolbox icon) via the F2 button to enter System Set Mode.

Use the Up or Down button to select items and press ENTER to enter:

Date/Time: Use Up or Down to select the value, press ENTER to set the next value, press ESC to exit and save.

Language: Select between English or Chinese.

Auto Power Off: Select auto power off time (Disabled, 3 Min, 15 Min, 60 Min).

Display Timeout: Select display auto off time (Disable, 90s, 2 Min, 4 Min).

Alarm: Select Alarm ON or OFF (Enable or Disable).

Memory Status: Select to view memory status for Device or SD Card.

Factory Setting: Select Yes to restore factory settings or No to cancel.

Units(°C/°F): Select the temperature unit as °C or °F.

Turn the instrument on. Click on the memory icon (Disk icon) via the F1 button to enter the data memory mode.

Use the Up or Down button to select a file and press the ENTER button to enter the option.

You can view recorded data, images, and video information. If no information is saved, it will show no file.

In the Memory Status section within System Settings, select the memory (flash or SD). Press ESC to save.

Note: If an SD card is inserted, the SD card will be selected by default.

Press the ENTER button to format the flash or SD card. Press F3 to cancel the format, or press F1 to confirm the format.

Maintenance:

Maintenance or service is not included in the manual; the product must be repaired by professionals.

Must use required replacement parts.

Cautions:

Do not use in over dirty or dusty environments. Inhalation of too many particles will damage the product.

To ensure measure accuracy, do not use in an over fogged environment.

Do not use in explosive environments.

Privately taking apart the unit is not allowed.

Sensor Life:

Due to particulate matter measurements needing to start the pump, dust inhalation will occur. It is recommended for daily use to be less as far as possible to reduce pollution on the sensor, thereby increasing the service life of the instrument. With average daily use of 5 times, the instrument can be used for 5 years.

Attention: In the foggy there will be fine mist as dust!
