Step 1. Grip the bottom of the ink roller door and pull open to access the ink roller.
Step 2. Grab the ink roller on both ends and pull it out of the roller arms.
Step 3. Install the new roller.
Step 4. Close the access door.
How do I change the print setting on my OFFICE DEPOT OD01-8 price labeler?
Step 1. Pull/push the adjustment knob to select the band you want to adjust.
Step 2. Rotate the adjustment knob to obtain the desired number/character.
Step 3. Return the knob to its starting position when complete.
What should I do if I over-rotate the print band on my OFFICE DEPOT OD01-8 price labeler?
Be careful not to over-rotate the print band. When it is over-rotated, the band will have a black background. To correct this, simply rotate the band back until the white portion of the band becomes visible again.
How do I load labels into my OFFICE DEPOT OD01-8 price labeler?
Step 1. Open the base plate.
Step 2. Open the label guide.
Step 3. Open the roll holder.
Step 4. Unwind approximately 6-8 inches from the label roll.
Step 5. Hold the label roll in one hand with the label side facing up. Hold the labeler in the other hand.
Step 6. Feed the labels (label side up) through the opening until about 4 inches extend from the bottom. Place the label roll on the label holder.
Step 7. Close the label cover.
Step 8. Turn the labeler upside down and close the label guide.
Step 9. Then close the base plate. The label strip should extend out the back of the labeler.
Step 10. Squeeze the label trigger several times. Printing will self-align on the labels within 8 to 12 cycles.
