1. Grip the bottom of the ink roller door and pull open to access ink roller.

2. Grip the ink roller on both ends and pull it out of the roller arms.

3. Install the new roller and close the access door.

1. Pull/push the adjustment knob to select the band you want to adjust. The band indicator will show the selected band.

2. Rotate the adjustment knob to obtain the desired number or character.

3. Return the knob to its starting position when complete.

Be careful not to over-rotate the print band. When it is over-rotated, the band will have a black background on the printed image. To correct this, simply rotate the band back until the white portion of the band becomes visible again.

1. Open the base plate.

2. Open the label guide.

3. Open the roll holder.

4. Unwind approximately 6-8 inches from the label roll.

5. Hold the label roll in one hand with the label side facing up. Hold the labeler in your other hand.

6. Feed the labels (label side up) through the opening until about 4 inches extend from the bottom. Place the label roll on the label holder.

7. Close the label cover.

8. Turn the labeler upside down and close the label guide.

9. Close the base plate.

10. The label strip should extend out the back of the labeler.

11. Squeeze the label trigger several times.

12. Printing will self-align on the labels within 8 to 12 cycles.
