The MRCARTOOL T105 structure consists of the following components:

2. Remove the intake air filter. On some models, the throttle valve may also need to be removed.

3. Clean the inner wall of the test pipe and install the conical adapter of the air inlet on the test pipe.

4. Power the detector using a DC 12V car battery only.

5. Press the air mode switch to ensure the cone on the smoke outlet pipe has air pressure output.

6. Press the smoke control switch again. The indicator lights will come on. Wait for about 10 seconds.

7. When the smoke becomes thick, insert the cone head on the smoke outlet pipe into the air inlet taper adapter.

8. Wait for about 1 to 2 minutes. Use a flashlight with strong light to help find leaks in the pipeline and diagnose the leakage status.

After the test is completed, turn off all switches. Recycle and save the remaining test oil, put away all accessories, and confirm that there is no omission.

If only part of the system needs to be tested or if the system being tested has other openings that need to be sealed, a plug kit can be used. This kit can also be used to seal the intake manifold.

The pressure gauge has two main functions: machine self-test and pre-assessment of the pipeline system.
