To set up the units correctly:

1. Determine a location for the baby unit that allows you to hear your baby in their cot.

2. Place the baby unit on a flat surface, such as a dresser, bureau, or shelf.

3. NEVER place the baby unit or cords within the cot.

4. Ensure the units and cords are more than 1 meter (3 feet) away from the babies.

5. Maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters (6 feet) between the parent and baby units to avoid audio feedback.

6. Do not place the units near other electrical equipment (keep them 2 meters/6 feet away).

7. Do not place the units in the bathroom or other humid areas.

Use only the approved rechargeable Ni-MH battery cells (2 x AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries) supplied.

1. Lift up the battery cover to remove it from the baby unit.

2. Insert the rechargeable Ni-MH battery cells supplied. Note the ’+’ and ’-’ markings beside the battery compartment and insert in the correct direction.

3. Place the battery cover back into place.

4. To install batteries into another baby unit, repeat the above steps.

1. Plug the supplied USB type-C cable into the USB-C power socket.

2. Plug the USB-C power socket cable into the power jack on the side of the parent unit and plug the other end into the wall socket.

3. Switch on the AC power (if your AC power outlet has a switch). The battery charging LED indicator will light up in red and turn dim when the batteries are fully charged.

Use only the approved rechargeable Ni-MH battery cells (2 x AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries) supplied.

1. Lift up the battery cover to remove it from the parent unit.

2. Insert the rechargeable Ni-MH battery cells supplied. Note the ’+’ and ’-’ markings inside the battery compartment and insert in the correct direction.

3. Place the battery cover back into place.

1. Plug the supplied USB type-C cable into the USB-C power socket.

2. Plug the USB-C power socket cable into the power jack on the side of the parent unit and plug the other end into the wall socket.

3. Switch on the AC power (if your AC power outlet has a switch). When the parent unit is fully charged, the battery icon will appear steadily on the screen display.

Important Note: Charge both parent unit and baby units for 16 hours before initial use.

When charging the batteries for the first time, charge for at least 16 hours continuously. Subsequent charging time is about 8 to 10 hours a day.

In normal conditions, fully charged batteries should provide:

Parent unit: Around 9 hours of usage time.

Baby unit: Around 10 hours of usage time.

Note: New batteries do not reach their full capacity until they have been put to normal use for several days.

Baby Unit:

To turn ON: Press and hold the power button. The power LED indicator lights up in red first and becomes green.

To turn OFF: Press and hold the power button again. The power LED indicator will turn off.

Parent Unit:

To turn ON: Press and hold the power button. The power/linking LED indicator lights up in green.

To turn OFF: Press and hold the power button again. You will hear a beep sound, and the power/linking LED indicator will turn off.

In standby mode, press the OK button continuously to select to listen to an individual baby unit or all baby units.

Individual Unit: When a baby unit is selected, the screen will display a bordered box around the chosen baby unit, allowing you to listen to that specific unit.

All Units/Cycling: When two or more baby units are connected, you can select to listen to all baby units. The screen will display a bordered box around all baby units, or you can cycle through all connected units. The listened baby unit is surrounded by a bordered box, with each segment lasting 15 seconds.

To adjust volume: Press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow to increase or decrease the volume. There are 5 volume levels and mute.

To mute: Press continuously or press and hold the Down Arrow to mute the speaker. When muted, a mute icon will be displayed.

1. Press the OK button continuously on the parent unit to select an individual baby unit or all baby units.

2. The screen will display a microphone icon with the baby unit number(s) selected.

3. Press and hold the Talk Back button (icon resembling a microphone/arrow on the side).

4. Speak to your baby/babies through the microphone of the parent unit.

5. Release the button when you finish speaking.

Note: In standby mode, press and hold the Talk Back button to speak directly to all babies.

1. Press MENU then scroll Left/Right to select NAME, then press OK.

2. Scroll Up/Down to select a baby unit, then press OK.

3. Scroll left or right to select a character on the screen, then press OK to confirm. The character will be added.

4. To remove a character, scroll left or right to select X and press OK.

5. Repeat the process until you finish editing (maximum 5 characters).

6. Scroll left or right to select the checkmark (✓) to save the name.

Note: You can register up to 4 baby units.

1. Make sure the baby unit is switched off.

2. Press and hold the power button on the baby unit until you hear a beep tone and the LED on the baby unit flashes. The baby unit enters pairing mode.

3. On the parent unit, press MENU then scroll Left/Right to REGISTER.

4. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to PAIR.

5. Press OK to confirm. When pairing is successful, SUCCEED will appear on the screen and you will hear a beep tone.

1. On the parent unit, press MENU then scroll Left/Right to REGISTER.

2. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to UNPAIR.

3. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to select a baby unit.

4. Press OK to confirm. When unpairing is successful, SUCCEED will appear on the screen and you will hear a beep tone.

1. Press MENU then scroll Left/Right to TEMPERATURE.

2. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to TEMP ALERT.

3. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to select HIGH TEMP or LOW TEMP.

4. Press OK then press Up/Down to adjust the temperature.

5. Press OK to confirm.

Note: The temperature range is limited to 14°C/57°F and 39°C/102°F. “LL” displays below this range, and “HH” displays above it.

1. Press MENU then scroll Left/Right to NIGHT LIGHT.

2. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to select a baby unit.

3. Press OK and scroll Up/Down to choose among OFF, LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH.

4. Press OK to confirm.

Alternatively, on the Baby Unit: Single press the Power/Night light button to toggle the brightness from off, low, medium, and high.

1. Make sure the baby unit(s) are switched on.

2. On the parent unit, press MENU then scroll Left/Right to LULLABY.

3. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to select a baby unit, press OK two times to confirm.

To Select a Lullaby: Select a baby unit, press OK then scroll Up/Down to CHOOSE. Press OK and scroll Up/Down to select one of 5 lullabies or PLAY ALL. Press OK to confirm.

To Stop: Repeat steps 2 and 3.

VOX is the microphone sensitivity level of your baby unit.

1. Press MENU then scroll Left/Right to VOX.

2. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to select LEVEL.

3. Press OK then scroll Up/Down to select a baby unit.

4. Press OK and scroll Up/Down to choose among 4 levels or OFF.

5. Press OK to confirm.

Level Details:

Level 1: Lowest sensitivity (only loud crying/screeching detected).

Level 4: Highest sensitivity (louder baby sounds detected).

OFF: All sounds detected.

1. Check whether the parent unit is powered on.

2. Check whether the batteries are correctly installed and not drained.

3. Connect the parent unit to the power supply to recharge it.

This may indicate the units are out of range or the baby unit is off.

1. Reduce the distance between the units. Make sure the distance is less than 450 meters (1500 feet).

2. Ensure the baby unit is powered on by pressing and holding the power button.

1. Always switch off and disconnect the power adapter before cleaning.

2. Clean the monitor with a slightly damp cloth or with an anti-static cloth.

3. Never use cleaning agents or abrasive solvents.

4. Do not clean any part with thinners or other solvents and chemicals.
