What are the general special precautions for using the gas hob?
To prevent any danger or damage while using the hob, please adhere to the following guidelines. Below are important safety instructions. Please read carefully and use the appliance properly.
The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to comply with the instructions in this manual, unauthorized modification of electrical components, or the use of non-original accessories.
What do the safety marks and symbols mean?
Marks are identified by different danger and loss level:

What should I do in case of gas leakage?
When gas leakage:
1. Stop using the hob immediately.
2. Turn off the gas valve.
3. Open windows and doors.
4. Contact the local gas company.
If case of gas leakage, do not ignite any fire, do not turn on any electrical appliance, do not touch power plug, and do not use telephone nearby. Flame spark will lead fire.
What should I do if I smell gas or in case of earthquake/fire?
When feeling strange burning, or smell gas, or in case of earthquake, fire, please do as below:
1. Turn the knob to OFF position.
2. Turn off the gas valve.
3. Contact our after-sale service department immediately.
Above is to avoid fire or fault.
What type of gas should be used with the hob?
Please use the right type of gas according to the rating label.
If use the gas other than that are appointed, it may leads gas cooker damage or even fire.
What are the precautions during installation and repair?
To install, repair, move a gas appliance, must be carried out by our service department, or a registered gas installer. Otherwise, we will not take the responsibility for any damage.
Any repair, disassembly must be carried out by registered technical people. Or else, it may leads fire or fault.
Any easy-burned item like clothes, newspaper, coal oil, can not be put nearby the hob.
It may lead fire.
Must use the specified gas pipe.
Do not use coal oil, gas oil, or other easy-burning and explosive product nearby the hob.
Do not put any spray container nearby the hob. It may lead fire.
What are the space requirements for hob installation?
There should be space of at least 400mm height between the hob bottom and cupboard. And the space can not be sealed, with hole of diameter not less than 0.2 sq meter.
There should be space between hob and items nearby (not less than 150mm from the wall, 1mm from above).
Gas container can not be put right below the hob. Gas pipe not more than 2 meters.
The hob should be kept more than 1 meter away from the gas container. Gas pipe can not reach other part of the hob.
How do I ensure proper burner and trivet placement?
To ensure the burner and trivet are put in the right place before using the hob.
What ventilation is needed for the kitchen?
Keep the kitchen in ventilated situation. But do not let strong wind to blow the burner directly.
What should I do after using the hob?
Do not touch the trivet and burner immediately after using it, because they’re very hot.
Turn the knob to OFF and turn off the gas valve after using. Remember to turn off the gas brake when you go out or go to sleep.
How often should the gas pipe be checked and changed?
Check whether the gas pipe are in a good situation sometimes. The pipe should be changed for every two years.
What safety precautions are required for installation?
Liquefied petroleum gas hobs must use a qualified pressure regulator.
The installation, adjustment, and gas source conversion of the gas hob must be carried out by a professional with qualifications in gas appliance repair.
Before installation, carefully read the nameplate of the gas hob you have purchased and ensure that the type of gas specified on the nameplate (which is affixed to the bottom shell of the hob) matches the type of gas you are currently using.
Install a dedicated gas valve between the indoor gas pipe and the gas hob to facilitate daily connection and disconnection of the gas supply or to allow the user to quickly cut off the gas supply in case of an emergency. This valve should be easily accessible.
How should the gas pipeline be connected?
The connection the gas hob must be carried out by a professional with qualifications in gas appliance repair.
A metal corrugated pipe or a gas-specific rubber hose can be used to connect the indoor gas pipe to the inlet joint at the bottom of the hob.
When placing the copper cover, ensure that the boss on the burner base fits into the groove on the burner cover to ensure proper alignment, and then secure it in place to ensure it remains stationary.
What is the installation method for countertop cutout and product placement?
Please cut the hole in the installation countertop according to the opening template provided with the product.
To ensure the connection of the gas pipe, at least 100mm of space should be left beneath the appliance.
Place the hob into the cabinet’s cutout and check if it is installed level. There should be a sealing pad between the stove’s panel and the countertop to ensure a tight seal.
What should I do after the gas connection is complete?
This operation must be carried out by a professional with qualifications in gas appliance repair.
Special Attention! After the connection is complete, carefully inspect all connection components with soapy water to ensure there is no gas leakage.
What safety precautions should be taken before first use?
Please thoroughly clean the hob and its accessories to remove any odor from the new appliance.
Before use, please confirm that the gas pipe, knobs, burner head, flame cover, and hob rack are all correctly installed. Then, open the indoor gas valve.
When using for the first time (or after a long period of non-use), it may be difficult to ignite due to residual air in the gas passage, which is a normal phenomenon. Please keep trying to ignite until it lights up normally.
What safety precautions should be taken during use?
While the gas hob is in use, regularly check to ensure that the flame is burning normally.
Do not leave the gas hob unattended for extended periods during use.
Do not use the gas hob under strong wind interference, as it can affect normal combustion or prevent the hob from working altogether.
In the event of a burner going out for any reason, turn off the stove switch and wait at least 1 minute before attempting to reignite.
Normal combustion should not produce any unusual noises. If in doubt, please contact your local customer service center promptly.
Whenever you need to briefly remove the pot, turn the burner to the low flame position. This reduces the risk of burns when you are near the stove for other operations and also saves gas, reducing pollution.
What safety precautions should be taken after use?
After you have finished using the hob, or when you are going out, or before going to bed, be sure to close the gas valve on the indoor pipe.
How do I use the gas hob?
Press down the knob and rotate it counterclockwise to the “ON” position. You will hear a continuous series of electric pulse ignition sounds like “pop pop…” Once the burner is lit, you can release the knob.
To adjust the size of the flame on the gas hob, rotate the control knob. (See picture for reference.)
To turn off the hob, rotate the knob clockwise to the “OFF” position, and the flame will be extinguished.
Refer to the following firepower indicator chart and functional description to select the firepower you need.
How do I adjust the air duct?
To ensure the burner is operating at its best, please adjust the air duct handle located at the bottom of the product according to the state of the flame. Continue to adjust until the flame turns blue and stable.
How do I set the left knob timer?
Press and rotate the left knob counterclockwise 90 degrees to the ON position, then press and hold the “-” key for 1.5 seconds. The buzzer will sound once, indicating entry into the timer setting interface. The screen will display “15” and blink. Adjust the time (in minutes) by gently touching the “-” key. If there is no operation within 5 seconds, the current setting will be saved automatically.
How do I set the right knob timer?
Press and rotate the right knob counterclockwise 90 degrees to the ON position, then press and hold the “+” key for 1.5 seconds. The buzzer will sound once, indicating entry into the timer setting interface. The screen will display “15” and blink. Adjust the time (in minutes) by gently touching the “+” key. If there is no operation within 5 seconds, the current setting will be saved automatically.
The timer setting range is 0-180 minutes and can be set cyclically. Pressing and holding the “-” or “+” key without releasing can quickly adjust the timer.
How do I cancel the timer?
In the timer operating state, pressing and holding both the “-” and “+” keys can cancel the timer settings for all burners.
In the dual-side timer operating state, to cancel the timer for a single burner, press and hold the timer key for that burner, adjust the time to 0 minutes, and wait for 5 seconds to cancel the timer for that burner.
How does Screen Saver Mode work?
In timer mode, if there is no operation for 10 seconds, the screen will enter screen saver mode and the display will turn off. Touching any key will restore the display. One minute before the timer ends, the screen will automatically light up and start a countdown. After the countdown ends, a valve closing signal is sent, the buzzer sounds three times, the screen turns off and powers down, and the appliance enters sleep mode 20 seconds later.
What does the Low Voltage Alarm indicate and how is it removed?
Each time the timer setting is accessed, if the battery voltage is below 1.95±0.1V, the battery icon will display one bar and blink, and the digital tube will display “E2:E2,” indicating low battery voltage. The appliance will then enter sleep mode. In low voltage mode, the pulse ignition function can still be used, but timer operations are prohibited.
To remove the low voltage alarm, replace the batteries.
How does the Self-Check Function work?
Within 25 seconds of power-on, pressing and holding the “-” and “+” keys for 2 seconds will initiate the self-check function. After 5 seconds, the system will sequentially turn off the left and right burners to complete the self-check process.
How do I use the i-Sync function?
Ensure the range hood is powered on before activating the i-Sync function on the hob.
Refer to the range hood manual for specific instructions on enabling pairing mode.
When the hood enters pairing mode, press and rotate the left or right knob counterclockwise to initiate the ignition process.
The hob will begin pairing, and once the hood’s AI icon stops flashing, the fan will start operating, indicating a successful connection.
If pairing fails, turn off the hob and repeat the steps until pairing is successful.
When the hob is turned off, the hood will automatically enter a delayed shutdown mode.
If the hob is set with a timer, once the countdown reaches “0,” the hood will also enter a delayed shutdown mode automatically.
Adjusting the flame power will automatically adjust the hood’s air volume.
What are the cleaning and maintenance instructions for the gas hob?
1. Maintain gas hob surface: Please clean the surface with wet and neutral detergent cloth, and then clean with dry cloth, Don’t use steel brush or other rigidity objects.
2. Check if the copper cover, copper core and ornamental ring are shift or biasing, and correct them at the right position in time.
3. Please deal with used battery properly avoiding pollution.
4. This product use environmental and recyclable package, please deal with those packages properly in order to protect environment and reduce waste.
5. If maintenance confirms this product can’t be used again, please deal with recyclable materials properly.
6. In order to keep ordinary usage and good combustion regime, operator must clean and dredge the fire hole with brush and steel needle regularly to prevent fire from turning back.
What are the common troubleshooting steps for the gas hob?
