How do I assemble the LIFEGOODS LG1001407 parasol?
Step 1. Assemble the cross-shaped base by fitting part B and part C together.
Step 2. Attach the rotating mechanism (part I) to the center of the base using the provided bolts (E) and washers (F). Attach the lower pole (part D) to the rotating mechanism, and place the cover plate (part J) over the connection point.
Step 3. Insert the main parasol assembly (part A) into the top of the lower pole. Secure it in place using the locking knob (part G).
Step 4. To open the parasol, slide the main handle up the pole until the canopy is extended.
Step 5. The base allows for 360° rotation. Press the foot pedal at the base to turn the parasol to the desired position.
Step 6. To close the parasol, pull the handle down the pole. Secure the canopy with the attached strap.
Step 7. When not in use, place the protective cover (K) over the closed parasol and zip it up to protect it from the elements.
