Any electrical installation work for the LG LB651072 oven must be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person. This electric appliance must be installed according to the instructions to avoid damage. The oven should be disconnected from the power supply before installation or maintenance. This oven should always be earthed.

The oven power supply for your LG LB651072 must be located in the back area (P) of the kitchen cabinet or outside the installation space (cupboard). In accordance with the position of the power supply, make a hole “P” in the back wall or a hole “R” in the sidewall of the kitchen cupboard to pass the connection lead.

Lift the oven and slide it into the cabinet using the side holes. Do not try to lift the oven by the door handle on the front. Take care not to kink the wires of the electrical supply cable.

If you are installing the oven with a hob, follow the hob installation instructions.

The required kitchen cabinet dimensions are:

Minimum width: 560 mm

Minimum height: 600 mm

Minimum depth: 556 mm

When installing your LG LB651072 in a high cabinet, a gap of a minimum of 10mm must be between the rear of the installed oven and the connecting wall. To lift the oven, use the side holes of the oven.

Any kitchen cabinet in contact with the oven must be heat resistant up to 90 °C, and close unit fronts must be heat resistant up to at least 70 °C.

The required kitchen cabinet dimensions are:

Minimum width: 560 mm

Height: 590 mm (min. 575 ~ max. 596)

Minimum depth: 556 mm

For correct ventilation of the LG LB651072 oven, the following is required:

1. A ventilation opening of 50mm should be required between the back wall and the floor of the installation cabinet.

2. A ventilation gap of 5mm is required between the oven top rim and the cooktop lower rim.

3. A ventilation gap of 5mm is required between both side rims of the oven and the cabinet.

These openings must not be closed in any way. Ensure that the sides are not touching the front edges of the housing.

After ensuring proper ventilation and connecting to the power supply, secure the oven to the kitchen unit with screws.

The LG LB651072 oven must be connected by a licensed specialist in accordance with these instructions and in compliance with local regulations. Ensure the voltage shown on the rating plate is the same as the power supply voltage in your home. The oven’s components operate at 220-240V.

Use a type H05 VV-F power cord. The oven must be connected to the power supply by means of an all-pole disconnect switch with a minimum contact gap of 3mm and must be connected to an earthed socket by law.

The supply plug must be accessible after the installation. Identify the phase (Live) and neutral conductor in the socket. An incorrect connection may damage the oven.
