(a) Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open since open door operation can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy. It is important not to defeat or tamper with the safety interlocks.

(b) Do not place any object between the oven front face and the door or allow soil or cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.

(c) Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door close properly and that there is no damage to the:

(1) DOOR (bent)

(2) HINGES AND LATCHES (broken or loosened)

(3) DOOR SEALS AND SEALING SURFACES

(d) The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service personnel.

WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, injury to persons or exposure to excessive microwave energy:

1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.

2. Read and follow the specific: “PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO EXCESSIVE MICROWAVE ENERGY”.

3. This appliance must be grounded. Connect only to properly grounded outlet. See “GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS”.

4. Install or locate this appliance only in accordance with the provided installation instructions.

7. HOT CONTENTS CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO USE THE MICROWAVE. Use caution when removing hot items.

8. Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been damaged or dropped.

9. This appliance should be serviced only by qualified service personnel.

10. Do not cover or block any openings on the appliance.

11. Do not store this appliance outdoors. Do not use this product near water – for example, near a kitchen sink, in a wet basement, near a swimming pool, or similar location.

12. Do not immerse cord or plug in water.

13. Keep cord away from heated surface.

14. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.

15. When cleaning surfaces of door and oven that comes together on closing the door, use only mild, nonabrasive soaps, or detergent applied with a sponge or soft cloth.

1). Do not overcook food. Carefully attend appliance when paper, plastic, or other combustible materials are placed inside the oven to facilitate cooking.

2). Remove wire twist-ties from paper or plastic bag before placing bag in oven.

3). If material inside of the oven ignites, keep oven door closed, turn oven off, and disconnect the power cord, or shut off power at the fuse or circuit breaker panel.

4). Do not use the cavity for storage purposes. Do not leave paper products, cooking utensils, or food in the cavity when not in use.

Liquids, such as water, coffee, or tea are able to be overheated beyond the boiling point without appearing to be boiling. To reduce the risk of injury to persons:

1) Do not overheat the liquid.

2) Stir the liquid both before and halfway through heating it.

3) Do not use straight-sided containers with narrow necks.

4) After heating, allow the container to stand in the microwave oven for a short time before removing the container.

5) Use extreme care when inserting a spoon or other utensil into the container.

This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

WARNING – Improper use of the grounding can result in a risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded. If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounded plug, and 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the appliance. The marked rating of the extension cord shall be equal to or greater than the electrical rating of the appliance.

Operation of the microwave oven may cause interference to your radio, TV or similar equipment. When there is interference, it may be reduced or eliminated by taking the following measures:

1) Clean door and sealing surface of the oven.

2) Reorient the receiving antenna of radio or television.

3) Relocate the microwave oven with respect to the receiver.

4) Move the microwave oven away from the receiver.

5) Plug the microwave oven into a different outlet so that microwave oven and receiver are on different branch circuits.

If in doubt, you can test the utensil in question following the procedure below.

Utensil Test:

1. Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with the utensil in question.

2. Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.

3. Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is warm, do not use it for microwave cooking.

4. Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.

Also included is a Defrosting Rack, which should only be used in the defrosting function and not for cooking. Do not use the rack without food on it.

• Use the dimensions provided in the installation figures. Given dimensions provide minimum clearance. Locate the electrical outlet in the shaded area in the upper left-hand corner of the cutout.

• The contact surface must be solid and level. The floor of the opening should be constructed of plywood strong enough to support the weight of the oven (about 100 pounds).

• Check the location for proper electrical supply.

• Your oven can be built into a cabinet or wall by itself or under a gas or electric wall oven.

• Be sure that the clearance of the floor between the wall oven and the microwave drawer is a minimum of 2-inches.

• The microwave interior will easily accommodate a 9″ x 13″ oblong dish or a bag of microwave popcorn.

• The power cord access hole in the cabinet should be a minimum 1 1/2″ diameter hole and debarred of all sharp edges.

To reduce the risk of tipping, the Anti-Tip block must be properly installed. The 6-inch Anti-Tip block must be provided by the installer. The Anti-Tip block prevents serious injury that might result from spilled hot liquids.

1. The Anti-Tip block must be located 14 and 13/16 inches above the floor on which the Microwave Drawer will sit.

2. When installed to the wall, make sure that the screws completely penetrate the dry wall and are secured in wood or metal so that the block is totally stable.

3. When fastening, be sure that the screws do not penetrate electrical wiring or plumbing.

1. Place the drawer adjacent to the wall or cabinet opening. Plug the power supply cord into the electrical outlet.

2. Carefully guide the drawer into the prepared opening. Avoid pinching the cord between the oven and the wall.

3. Slide the drawer all the way until the mounting flange is flush with the face of the cabinet.

4. Open the drawer. Using the 4 holes on the drawer as a template, pre-drill the cabinet using a 1/16″ bit.

5. Secure the drawer with the 4 screws supplied.

The name plate includes the model and serial number. Open the Microwave Drawer fully. The label is beyond the back wall of the microwave cavity, facing up from the flat surface.

(1) Press the “TIMER/CLOCK” button twice. “12:00” will flash.

(2) Press the number keys to set the clock, it should be within 1:00-12:59.

(3) Press “START+30SEC” or “TIMER/CLOCK” to finish the setting.

Note: In the process of clock setting, if the “STOP/CANCEL” button is pressed or if there is no operation within 1 minute, the oven will go back to the former setting automatically.

(1) Press the “TIMER/CLOCK” button once. “00:00” will display.

(2) Press the number keys to set the time, it should be within 00:01-99:99.

(3) Press “START+30SEC” to start counting down.

There are 10 power levels available.

(1) Press “TIME COOK” button once. “00:00” will display.

(2) Press number keys to set the cook time, it should be within 00:01-99:99.

(3) Press “POWER LEVEL” once, and then press “POWER LEVEL” repeatedly or press a number key to set the power level.

(4) Press “START+30SEC.” to start cooking.

(1) In the waiting state, instant cooking at 100% power level with 30 seconds’ cooking time can be started by pressing “START/+30SEC”. Each press on the same button will increase cooking time by 30 seconds.

(2) During microwave and defrost by time, “START/+30SEC” can be pressed to increase cooking time. Each press will increase 30 seconds.

(1) Press “DEFROST WEIGHT” button. The screen displays the defrost icon and “0.0 lbs” will light.

(2) Press number buttons to input the weight to be defrosted. The input weight should be between 0.1-6.0 lbs.

(3) Press “START/+30SEC.” to start defrosting. The buzzer sounds once.

Note: The buzzer will sound twice to remind you of turning over the food during defrosting.

(1) Press “DEFROST TIME” button. The screen displays the defrost icon and “00:00” will light.

(2) Press number buttons to enter the defrosting time between 00:01-99:99.

(3) Press “START/+30SEC.” to start defrosting.

Note: The defrosting power level is L03 and cannot be changed. The buzzer will sound twice to remind you of turning over the food during defrosting.

Press “POPCORN” to start cooking directly.

(1) In waiting state, press “Sensor Reheat” once, “Sr-1” will display.

(2) Press “Sensor Reheat” repeatedly or press “1-4” to choose the menu.

(3) Press “START+30SEC.” to start cooking.

(1) In waiting state, press “Sensor Cook” once, “Sc-1” will display.

(2) Press “Sensor Cook” repeatedly or press “1-7” to choose the menu.

(3) Press “START+30SEC.” to start cooking.

(1) In waiting state, press “Beverage” once, ‘1’ ’01:30” will display.

(2) Press “Beverage” repeatedly or press “1” or “2” to choose the menu.

(3) Press “START+30SEC” to start cooking.

(1) In waiting state, press “MELT” once, ”1 buTT” will display.

(2) Press “MELT” repeatedly to choose the menu.

(3) Press “1” or “2” to choose the corresponding weight.

(4) Press “START+30SEC.” to start cooking.

(1) In waiting state, press “SOFTEN” once, ”1 buTT” will display.

(2) Press “SOFTEN” repeatedly to choose the menu.

(3) Press “1” or “2” to choose the corresponding weight.

(4) Press “START+30SEC.” to start cooking.

(1) In waiting state, press “DEFROST WEIGHT” once, “0.0 lbs” will display.

(2) Press number buttons to input the weight to be defrosted. The input weight should be between 0.1-6.0 lbs.

(3) Press “TIME COOK” button once. “00:00” will display.

(4) Press number keys to set the cook time, it should be within 00:01-99:99.

(5) Press “POWER LEVEL” once, and then press “POWER LEVEL” repeatedly or press number key to set the power level.

(6) Press “START+30SEC.” to start cooking.

Note: The defrost function can only be one stage of the multiple cook. Two stage cook can be set at most.

To enter silent mode:

Press the “MUTE” button. The screen displays the silent icon.

To cancel silent mode:

In silent mode, press the “MUTE” button. The buzzer will sound twice.

Lock: In waiting state, press “STOP/CANCEL” for 3 seconds, the oven will enter into the children-lock state. The screen will display “Loc”.

Lock quitting: In locked state, press “STOP/CANCEL” for 3 seconds to release the lock. The screen will display “UnLo”.

To enter eco mode:

When the oven door is closed, in waiting state, if there are no operations for 1 minute, the oven will enter eco mode.

To cancel eco mode:

In eco mode, open the door or press any key to cancel it.

In cooking state, press the “TIMER/CLOCK” button to check the clock. The current time will display for 3 seconds at most.

(1) To open the oven door

In the oven door closed state, press “OPEN” once to open the oven door.

(2) To close the oven door

In the oven door opened state, press “CLOSE” once to close the oven door. Note: During the oven door automatically opens by pressing “OPEN”, pressing “OPEN” or “CLOSE” will automatically stop opening the door, and then pressing the “OPEN” or “CLOSE” button again will open or close the oven door.

Possible Cause:

a. The electrical cord for the oven is not plugged in.

b. The door is open.

c. A wrong operation is set.

Solution:

a. Plug into the outlet.

b. Close the door and try again.

c. Check instructions.
