How do I install the Envelope Fusing Unit EF-107 on my KONICA MINOLTA ACCURIOPRINT C4065?
Follow these steps to install the Envelope Fusing Unit EF-107. Be aware that the fusing unit can be extremely hot.
Step 1. Turn off the machine’s sub and main power switches, then unplug the power cord from the outlet. Be sure to turn off the sub power switch first.
Step 2. Open the front door.
Step 3. To pull out the ADU drawer, push the lock of the ADU release lever M1 to the left, then turn the ADU release lever M1 counterclockwise.
Step 4. Open the paper exit guide while releasing the lever M6 at the bottom. Loosen the screw (1 piece).
Step 5. Pull out the fixing plate forward.
Step 6. Holding the handles on the rear and front sides of the old fusing unit with both hands, slide the unit forward to the position of the arrow mark.
Step 7. Holding the handles on the rear and front sides of the fusing unit with both hands, remove the fusing unit. Place the removed unit on a flat surface.
Step 8. Holding the handles on the front and rear sides of the new fusing unit with both hands, set the new fusing unit on the fixing position, aligning it with the arrow mark.
Step 9. Holding the handles, slide the new fusing unit until it reaches the rear side. Return the fixing plate to its original position.
Step 10. Tighten the screw (1 piece) and close the exit section. Insert the ADU drawer.
Step 11. Raise the ADU release lever M1 by turning it clockwise.
Step 12. Close the front door.
Step 13. Store the removed fusing unit in the empty packaging of the new fusing unit. Please wait until the old fusing unit gets cold before storing it.
How do I install auxiliary parts in the Large Capacity Unit tray of my KONICA MINOLTA ACCURIOPRINT C4065 for specific envelope sizes?

Step 6. Install the guide shaft to the back edge guide base of the bottom auxiliary guide assy [A].
Step 7. Close the upper door.
For K2 (240 x 332 mm) Envelopes:
Step 1. Open the upper door and remove the holding paper.
Step 2. Install the bottom auxiliary guide assy [A] as described above.
Step 3. Align the adjusting block assies (2 pieces) to the K2 mark on the indicating label and install them.
Step 4. Install the guide shaft to the back edge guide base of the bottom auxiliary guide assy [A].
Step 5. Close the upper door.
For N4 (90 x 205 mm) or N3 (120 x 235 mm) Envelopes:
Step 1. Open the upper door and remove the holding paper.
Step 2. Install the bottom auxiliary guide assy [A] as described above.
Step 3. Align the adjusting block assies (2 pieces) to the N4 and N3 marks on the indicating label and install them.
Step 4. Install the side auxiliary guide assy [B] (2 pieces) to the paper guide side plate, aligning the installation holes with the positioning screws.
Step 5. Install the guide shaft to the back edge guide base of the bottom auxiliary guide assy [A].
Step 6. Close the upper door.
For K1 (270 x 382 mm) or K0 (287 x 382 mm) Envelopes:
Step 1. Open the upper door and remove the holding paper.
Step 2. Install the bottom auxiliary guide assy [A]. First, check the curl direction at the leading edge of the envelope. Envelopes with 8 mm or more curl are not guaranteed.
Step 3. Hold the flap of the envelope and let it droop vertically.
Step 4. Align the adjusting block assies (2 pieces) to the K1 and K0 marks on the indicating label and install them.
Step 5. Align the bottom auxiliary plate assy [D] with the mark line on the bottom auxiliary guide assy [A]. Be sure to move the back edge guide base to the end edge. Then, install the plate.
Step 6. Close the upper door.
