Use the device if you have a known allergic reaction to ABS+PC. The device contains plastics and metals that come into contact with the skin during use. When in doubt of allergies first contact your general practitioner before using the device.

Use the device if you suffer from any photosensitive disorder (sensitization to light).

What are the STOP conditions for using the KINEON MOVE+?
STOP:
Using the device and consult your general practitioner if you experience an adverse reaction from using the device.
Using the device if you experience any discomfort or difficulty breathing or swallowing occurring from application of the device on the neck.
Using the device if you experience symptoms of hypotension (dizziness or light-headedness) while using the device.
Using the device if it is overheating. Turn off the device immediately.
Your treatment if it feels hot or your skin feels uncomfortably warm.
What should I NOT do regarding the use of the KINEON MOVE+?
DO NOT :
Use the device to treat cancerous lesions.
Use the device on spots without pigmentation or areas on the skin that have vitiligo.
Shine the light from the LEDs directly into your eyes or someone else’s eyes.
Place the device if you have any open wounds.
Use the device if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped or damaged. For warranty and repairs contact customer support.
Charge the device when it is close to or might get in contact with water.
Submerge the device with water.
Store the device in extreme heat or cold (5°C to 55°C | 23°F to 131°F).
Use the device if damaged or when the charging cable is damaged.
Use the device with non-manufacturer-approved accessories.

What precautions should I take when using the KINEON MOVE+?
Read all instructions carefully before using this device.
Store the device according to the protocol worked out in this manual.
This device is intended to be used by one person.
The battery of the device is not removable by the user. If the device is to be disposed of, do not put into a fire. Dispose of the device per local regulations.
Inspect the device and do not use the device if you see any signs of damage such as internal battery leaks. Contact our customer support.
The device should only be supplied with 5V DC low voltage. If any part of the main adapter or cord is damaged, discontinue use. Contact customer support to arrange a replacement.
Consult your general practitioner before using the device if you have a fever, acute inflammation, a severe circulatory disorder, light sensitivity, anaesthetic, or desensitized areas.
We highly suggest taking caution when taking any medications. If in doubt, consult your general practitioner.
The normal function of the product may be disturbed by strong Electro-Magnetic Interference. If so, simply reset the product to resume normal operation by following the instruction manual. In case the function could not resume, please use the product in other location.
What travel tips are provided for the KINEON MOVE+?
If you are travelling to a different region of where you bought the device, please assure that the device is only supplied with a 5V DC Low Voltage.
Confirm with the steward that the device can be carried and/or used on the airplane prior to flight.
What is the potential risk immediately after treatment with the KINEON MOVE+?
Immediately after treatment skin may appear red. Skin should return to normal within 1-2 hours.
What are the potential benefits of using the KINEON MOVE+?
Alleviates the tissue temperature; for the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain, arthritis and muscle spasm; relieving stiffness; promoting the relaxation of muscle tissue; and to temporarily increase local blood circulation.
What steps should be followed for the light sensitivity test before first use of the KINEON MOVE+?
1. Place the device on the inner forearm
2. Turn on the device to start a treatment
3. Wait till the treatment is done. The treatment will take 5 minutes to complete.
4. If your skin feels hot or uncomfortable during the treatment directly stop! You might be sensitive to light.
1. The device will automatically turn off after the treatment is done. Remove the device and wait for at least 24 hours.
2. Check your skin regularly over those 24 hours, if your skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. In the case of light sensitivity please contact customer support.
What are the steps for general use of the KINEON MOVE+?
1. Open the travel case.
2. Prior to using the device, make sure it is fully charged.
a. To charge remove modules from strap.
b. Put the modules into the charge dock and plug the cable in.
c. The charging dock will indicate the percentage of the battery 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively.
3. Remove the three modules and strap.
4. Put the modules into the strap.
5. Positioning the modules on the area of body in pain.
6. Press the button to turn on.
7. Press and hold for 2 seconds to enter time selection 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
8. Press selected time to start.
To re-sync your modules take all modules out of charger, hold button for 10 seconds on one of the modules to initiate re-synching mode. When device are resynched use the normal button press to turn on one and make sure all turn on.
What is the recommended treatment protocol for the KINEON MOVE+?
Use the device 7 days per week with a consistent treatment from 5-15 minutes. After that you can continue using the device as required. Based upon your lifestyle and pains, treatment protocol may differ, please contact our customer support.
How should I charge the KINEON MOVE+?
Charge your Move device fully for 3.5 hours before your first use. Only use a 5V adapter or computer USB port (avoid fast chargers as they can damage the battery).
To charge the device remove modules from the strap and put into the charge dock. Insert the USB-C cable into the device and insert the USB-A side of the cable into a USB power supply.
Put the modules into the charge dock and plug the cable in.
The charging dock will indicate the percentage of the battery 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively.
Before charging, make sure that the plug and socket are completely dry. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, short circuit, or fire.
How can I maximize the lifetime of the Lithium battery in my KINEON MOVE+?
The lifetime of the Lithium battery can be maximized by allowing it to fully charge and then fully discharge during regular use.
What are the storage instructions for the KINEON MOVE+?
Store the device at room temperature in dry conditions.
Store the device in the supplied case or the packaging. Make sure the device will not bend, stretch or crush while being stored or when travelled with.
Avoid storing the device in dusty conditions, in direct sunlight or in damp and humid conditions.
This device contains no serviceable parts.
The device remains hot after hot/cold therapy. Let the device cool down before storing.

How do I clean the KINEON MOVE+?
Clean the device with a water-based wipe or damp clean cloth.
Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with 70% alcohol.
DO NOT use any other cleaning materials as these may damage the device.
DO NOT clean the device while it is turned on.
DO NOT clean the device while charging.
What should I do if troubleshooting actions for the KINEON MOVE+ fail to fix a problem, or the problem reoccurs, and the device is within the warranty period?
If the actions suggested fail to fix the problem, or the problem reoccurs, and your device is within the warranty period please return to KINEON.
DO NOT attempt to modify the device in any way. The device has no parts you can repair yourself.
What should I do if my KINEON MOVE+ device doesn’t switch on?
The problem could be that the device is not fully charged because the charging cable was not properly inserted into the power outlet. Solution: Insert the modules in the charging dock and make sure the charging cable is inserted properly into the power outlet.
