If the charging process does not start automatically, you can start it manually by tapping the function button on the INTENSO HE25000.

You can stop the charging process and deactivate the INTENSO HE25000 by tapping the function button twice.

To activate or deactivate the low power mode on the INTENSO HE25000, press and hold the On/Off button for three seconds.

If the low power mode is activated on the INTENSO HE25000, a circular movement is shown at 3-second intervals instead of the last digit on the display.

The current charging status of the INTENSO HE25000 power bank is displayed numerically on the LED display when charging or discharging the power bank and when you tap the function button.

The LED status display on the INTENSO HE25000 also shows which connection (C1=USB-C1 In/Out, A1= USB-A Out, C2= USB-C2 In/Out) you are currently using and how many watts and volts are currently being used. If more than one connection is used, the display changes and the name of the connection associated with the watts and volts will flash. If C1 or C2 is used to charge the power bank, the percentage sign will also flash.

To charge the power bank using the INTENSO HE25000:

Step 1. Please connect the supplied USB-C cable to one of the power bank’s USB-C ports (USB-C1 In/Out or USB-C2 In/Out).

Step 2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB-C power adapter or USB-C port on your computer.

For normal charging of the INTENSO HE25000 power bank without the fast charging function, use a standard USB power adapter or USB port on a computer for a maximum of 15.0 W (max. 5.0 V/DC 3.0 A).

To use the fast charging function provided by the INTENSO HE25000 power bank via the Power Delivery (PD) Standard, use a combination of mains adapter and cable that supports this standard. The included cable fulfills this requirement. For the maximum charging power of 100.0 watts (20.0 V/DC 5.0 A), use the USB-C2 In/Out connection on the INTENSO HE25000 power bank.

The USB-C1 In/Out connection on the INTENSO HE25000 power bank supports a maximum charging power of 65.0 watts (20.0 V/DC 3.25 A).

To charge your device with the INTENSO HE25000 power bank:

Step 1. Simply connect the supplied USB-C cable to the power bank’s USB-C port (USB-C1/2 In/Out) and the other end to the USB-C port of the device to be charged.

Step 2. Alternatively, you can connect your own cable (providing that it’s compatible) to the USB-A port (USB-A Out) or the power bank’s USB-C port (USB-C1/2 In/Out) and the other end to the device to be charged.

Use the USB-C2 In/Out connection on the INTENSO HE25000 power bank to reach the maximum charging power of 140.0 W. The USB-A port supports a maximum charging power of 22.5 W and the USB-C1 In/Out port supports a maximum charging power of 65.0 W.

You can charge up to three devices simultaneously using the INTENSO HE25000 power bank. If several connections are used simultaneously to charge devices, the maximum power per connection will vary depending on the combination used.

The INTENSO HE25000 power bank’s maximum charging power is automatically reduced to 100.0 W at the USB-C2 In/Out port from a remaining capacity of 20 % or a device temperature of over 52 °C. If the remaining capacity is only 10% or less, or the device temperature exceeds 58 °C, it is limited to 65.0 W.

The INTENSO HE25000 power bank has a low power mode for devices with low power consumption, such as Bluetooth headphones, smart watches, fitness trackers or similar. Normally, the power bank stops charging when power consumption is low, as the connected devices appears to be fully charged. When low power mode is activated, the power bank will continue to charge for 3.5 hours even at low power consumption. Press and hold the On/Off button for three seconds to activate or deactivate low power mode.

Operate the INTENSO HE25000 device at 0 to 45 degrees Celsius at max. 75 % relative humidity. If you do not use the power bank for a prolonged period of time, store the device within the aforementioned conditions at most, but ideally between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius at ~60 % relative humidity and a battery charge level between 30 and 50 percent. Use the product every three months to maintain its full performance.
