Where the MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

The smoke machine must be placed at least 100 cm away from inflammable materials such as curtains, books, etc. Make sure that the housing cannot be touched by accident.

Do not obstruct the openings on top of the case to guarantee good ventilation. The heating element of the smoke machine generates heat which needs to be removed. Do not put any objects on the smoke machine.

The smoke machine is for indoor use only.

During installation, nobody should stand beneath the mounting area.

The unit should only be used in moderate climates.

Put the smoke machine in the horizontal direction and do not incline and place upside down.

Do not spray fog directly to people and far away fire.

The temperature of the sprayer is very high, so keep the space between the machine and other material things more than 300cm (40°C-80°C).

The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.

Pay attention to all notices, signs and operation instructions on all machines.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Select a location which gives easy access to the tank.

In order to avoid accidents in public premises, the local legal requirements and safety regulations/warnings must be fulfilled.

Prior to the first use, have the unit checked by a qualified person.

The unit contains voltage carrying parts. Do NOT open the smoke machine.

Never plug or unplug the unit with wet hands.

If the plug and/or mains lead are damaged, they need to be repaired by a qualified technician.

If the unit is damaged, do not plug the unit into a mains outlet.

Only connect this unit to an earthed mains outlet of 220-240Vac 50/60Hz.

Always unplug the unit during a thunderstorm or when it is not in use.

Be careful when filling the fluid tank. First of all, unplug the mains lead! Then unscrew the cap on the tank and fill it by means of a funnel.

We recommend the use of IBIZA LIGHT High Density smoke fluid (ref. 15-1017).

Do not add tinder liquid such as oil, gas, perfume and etc. into the fog machine.

Check regularly if the tank contains enough fog liquid.

Empty the tank before transport.

Do not drink fog liquid, otherwise you need to consult a doctor immediately. Use clean water to wash skin and eyes once fog liquid touches them.

The machine is not waterproof. If there is some humidity, water or fog liquid in it, please switch off power and contact distributor as soon as possible.

If the unit has not been used for a longer period of time, condensation can occur inside the housing. Please let the unit reach room temperature prior to use.

If the unit is damaged, do not plug the unit into a mains outlet.

In order to prevent dropping of the unit, a safety fastening needs to be installed. This can be a solid chain, a steel cable, etc. which has to be fastened separately from the mounting bracket.

The supplied bracket is the main fixing and must be used to solidly mount the light effect.

There are no spare parts with the machine. If you need to repair it, please contact distributor or professional repair works.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

1. Unpack the fog machine.

2. Connect the lead of the wired remote control with the 5-pin plug to the rear of the smoke machine.

3. Fill the fluid tank by means of a funnel.

4. Plug the smoke machine into a mains outlet.

5. Turn the switch to “ON” and the machine will heat up. The green LED on the remote control will light up green when the machine has reached the working temperature.

6. Adjust the OUTPUT button.

7. Push the green button once and the smoke machine will produce a thick fog. Press the button as long as you need fog.

8. If the red LED lights up, the smoke machine has to heat up again to reach its working temperature.

9. The unit can be controlled via a wired remote control or a wireless remote control fitted with 2 buttons.

1. Clean the fog machine regularly to avoid damage of parts.

2. Do not let the fog machine become dirty. Screw the cover of the liquid can after addition of fog liquid.

3. After about 40 hours of continuous use, please use 80% distilled water and 20% vinegar to clean the refractory pipe.

4. Disassemble the spray mouth and use vinegar to clean it.

5. Reequip the spray mouth after cooling down and add fog liquid for next use.

Please use a standard 3-pin XLR lead to connect the fog machine to your controller. The XLR plug is wired as follows: 1= Earth; 2= negative; 3= positive.

Avoid cable runs that are longer than 100m in order to avoid signal loss and interference from other units.

The unit has 1x DMX channel. The DMX512 address ranges from 0-255.

When a DIP switch is set downwards, it means that the DMX512 setting is “1”.

On some DMX controllers it is necessary to invert the + and – pin to get normal operation.

INTERVAL: Sets the time interval between the fog emissions (MAX 14 minutes).

DURATION: Sets the duration of the fog emissions (MAX 15 seconds).

OUTPUT: Sets the smoke volume that is emitted by the fog machine.

TIMER ON/OFF: Yellow button: Activates the time function.

CONTINUOUS FOGGING: Red button: Activates the continuous fog output.

MANUAL FOGGING: Green button: The fog is output at each press on the button.
