Using Split-Screen Mode:

• Switch to full screen: Touch and hold the divider line and swipe up or down.

• Move screens: Touch the divider line, and then touch the swap icon to switch the position of the two apps.

• Change screen orientation: Enable Auto-rotate from the notification panel shortcuts.

• Exit split-screen mode: Touch the divider line, and then touch the ‘X’ icon.

To enable motion gestures on your HUAWEI MATE 9 MHA-L29, go to Settings > Smart assistance > Motion control and select the gestures you want to enable.

• Flip: Mute sounds and disable vibrations for incoming calls, alarms, and timers by flipping the phone over.

• Pick up: Reduce the ringtone volume for incoming calls, alarms, and timers by picking up the phone.

• Raise to ear: Answer an incoming call by holding the phone to your ear. When viewing contact or call log details, you can call that contact by raising the phone to your ear. This gesture also switches from handsfree/Bluetooth mode to the earpiece during a call.
