How do I assemble the HAULMASTER 66907?
Please read the entire “Important Safety Information” section before setting up or using this product. Note: Finger tighten all hardware until assembly is complete.
Step 1: Attaching the Caster Wheels
Align the two Caster Wheels (3) with the four holes in each of the two corners on the end of the Platform (1) closest to the Handle Mount. Insert four Bolts (6) up through each of the Caster Wheels and the Platform. Place a Lock Washer (7) and a Nut (8) on the end of each Bolt and tighten securely. Use a 1/2″ wrench (not included).
Step 2: Attaching the Fixed Wheels
Align the two Fixed Wheels (2) with the two holes in each of the two corners on the other end of the Platform (1). Insert two Bolts (6) up through each of the Fixed Wheels and the Platform. Place a Lock Washer (7) and a Nut (8) on the end of each Bolt and tighten securely. Use a 1/2″ wrench.
Step 3: Attaching the Handle
Place the Handle (4) in the upright position onto the Handle Mount on the top of the Platform (1). Align the holes on the Handle with the holes in the Handle Mount.
Step 4: Securing the Handle
Slide the Handle Lock Bar (5) through the holes in the Handle and Handle Mount. Place one Cotter Pin (9) through the hole at each end of the Handle Lock Bar and spread the ends of the Pins to secure them in place.
Step 5: Attaching the Mat
Peel off the paper backing from the Mat (10) and press the adhesive side down onto the Platform (1). Make sure the Mat is centered over the Platform.

2. Store the cart indoors, out of reach of children.
