Assembly Precautions:

1. Assemble the HAULMASTER 66907 only according to the provided instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.

2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.

3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.

4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.

5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

6. The weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to a properly and completely assembled product only.

Use Precautions:

1. Do not exceed the 1,000 lb. weight capacity, distributed evenly.

2. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.

3. Use the HAULMASTER 66907 only on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of supporting the cart and its maximum capacity load.

4. Keep your balance; do not overreach. Maintain proper footing and balance at all times.

5. Before each use, inspect the general condition of the tool. Check for loose hardware, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.

6. Use the HAULMASTER 66907 for its intended purposes only.

7. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.

8. Maintain product labels and nameplates. These carry important safety information.

9. Avoid sharp turns. Sharp turns may cause the Cart to tip over.

10. Do not lift loaded Cart with a forklift or other machine.

11. Load and unload items carefully. Do not drop items onto the platform.

12. Keep the area around the Cart clear.

Please read the entire “Important Safety Information” section before setting up or using this product. Note: Finger tighten all hardware until assembly is complete.

Step 1: Attaching the Caster Wheels

Align the two Caster Wheels (3) with the four holes in each of the two corners on the end of the Platform (1) closest to the Handle Mount. Insert four Bolts (6) up through each of the Caster Wheels and the Platform. Place a Lock Washer (7) and a Nut (8) on the end of each Bolt and tighten securely. Use a 1/2″ wrench (not included).

Step 2: Attaching the Fixed Wheels

Align the two Fixed Wheels (2) with the two holes in each of the two corners on the other end of the Platform (1). Insert two Bolts (6) up through each of the Fixed Wheels and the Platform. Place a Lock Washer (7) and a Nut (8) on the end of each Bolt and tighten securely. Use a 1/2″ wrench.

Step 3: Attaching the Handle

Place the Handle (4) in the upright position onto the Handle Mount on the top of the Platform (1). Align the holes on the Handle with the holes in the Handle Mount.

Step 4: Securing the Handle

Slide the Handle Lock Bar (5) through the holes in the Handle and Handle Mount. Place one Cotter Pin (9) through the hole at each end of the Handle Lock Bar and spread the ends of the Pins to secure them in place.

Step 5: Attaching the Mat

Peel off the paper backing from the Mat (10) and press the adhesive side down onto the Platform (1). Make sure the Mat is centered over the Platform.

Before Each Use:

Inspect the general condition of the HAULMASTER 66907. Check for:

– loose hardware

– misalignment or binding of moving parts

– cracked or broken parts

– any other condition that may affect its safe operation.

Operating the HAULMASTER 66907:

1. Make sure all hardware is securely tightened before use.

2. Place the HAULMASTER 66907 on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of supporting the cart and its load.

3. Distribute the load evenly on the platform, from the center outwards. Do not exceed the 1,000 lb. weight capacity.

4. When moving the cart, push it using the Handle (4). Always be aware of your surroundings to avoid accidents with people or objects.

5. Avoid sharp turns, as they may cause the cart to tip over.

6. To lower the Handle, pull out one of the Cotter Pins (9), slide the Handle Lock Bar (5) out, and fold down the Handle. Re-insert the Handle Lock Bar and Cotter Pin for storage.

After Use:

1. Clean the HAULMASTER 66907 with a clean, moist cloth.

2. Store the cart indoors, out of reach of children.

Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by a qualified technician.

TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM TOOL FAILURE: Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.

1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the HAULMASTER 66907. Check for loose hardware, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. Do not use damaged equipment.

2. AFTER USE, clean external surfaces of the tool with a clean, moist cloth.

3. Periodically, lubricate the moving parts of the two Caster Wheels (3). First, clean the parts to be lubricated, then apply a light coating of grease.
