What should I check before switching on the appliance for the first time?
- Make sure all transport bolts are removed.
- Make sure the power cord is not caught under or in the appliance and there is no damage or risk for damaging.
- Make sure the power circuit fuse is rated for 10A.
- Use a separate earthed socket for the power supply.
- Make sure the plug is always accessible.
- Hold the plug and not the electric cable when unplugging the power supply.
- Check that hose joints and connections are firm and by opening the tap check for any water leaks.
- Do not switch on the appliance until everything is properly installed!
What are the safety guidelines for daily use of the appliance?

- Do not allow children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or metal capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, to use the washer unless they are supervised or given instructions on how to use the washer by someone responsible for the safety.
- Do not install the appliance outdoors in a damp place, or in an area which may be prone to water leaks. In the event of a water leak cut power supply and allow the machine to dry naturally.
- Do not expose machine to any frost, heat or direct sunlight.
- Do not touch or use the appliance when barefoot or with wet or damp hands or feet.
- Do not use flammable detergent or dry cleaning agent.
- Do not use any flammable sprays in close vicinity to the appliance.
- Do not remove or insert the plug in presence of flammable gas.

- Drain hose to sink: Use the drain hose bracket to keep the drain hose end retained and out of any water level. Fix the bracket securely to avoid dropping due to operational movements.
- Drain hose to sink siphon: Connection has to be securely sealed and fixed to the corresponding adapter above the siphoning part!
- Drain hose to waste pipe: Use the drain hose bracket to keep the drain hose end retained. Fix the bracket securely to avoid dropping due to operational movements. Warning! The drain hose should not be submerged in water and should be securely fixed and leak-free. If the drain hose is placed on the ground or if the pipe is at a height of less than 80cm, the washing machine will continuously drain while being filled (self-siphoning). Drain hose is not to be extended. If necessary contact after sales service.

- “Eco”: Use the ECO option to save water and energy. Selecting ECO will reduce the wash temperature slightly and alter the wash time.
- “Soak”: Laundry will remain in last rinse cycle water.
- “Anti crease”: Gently wash and spin to prevent creasing.
- “Signal”: Activates the signal tone mode.
- “Rinse+”: Adds 1-3 rinse cycles. Preferable to better flush out possible residues.
- “Selection” (button b): Touch the Selection button to confirm the flashing “Function” icon. A tick or 1, 2 or 3 will illuminate confirming your selection.
- “Temperature” (button c): Touch to adjust water temperature. Note: Display of ‘*’ stands for “no operational heating“.
- “Spin” (button d): Touch to adjust speed of centrifugation. Note: Display of ‘–‘ stands for “no spinning“.
- “Memo” (button e): Hold it for 2 seconds to memorise all currently displayed settings as to-be default settings. Two signal tones confirm that change. When programme is started or chosen next these settings are activated.
- “Delay” – Start time delay (button f): Touch to increase programme end time in increments of 30 minutes from 30 mins – 24hr. Press the Start/Pause button once you are satisfied with the delayed end time. The countdown of the delay time commence and subsequently the remaining programme cycle time will be displayed. The related symbol for the operation will display.

Warning! Scalding Risk! Water in the pump filter can be very hot! Before any action please ensure water has cooled down.
- Turn off and unplug the machine.
- Open pump filter cover. You can either use a coin or a flathead screwdriver.
- Get a shallow dish to catch residual water. Be cautious as there could be a lot of water.
- Pull the pump outlet hose out and hold it over the dish.
- Remove the sealing plug and allow water to drain.
- After complete drainage, unscrew and remove counter clockwise the pump filter.
- Remove contaminants and dirt.
- Clean carefully pump filter, e.g. using running water.
- Refix it thoroughly.
- Close drainhose and push it back into the machine.
- Close pump filter cover.
