The GEMBIRD MA-DA1P-02 is designed for the following specifications:

The clamp installation is suitable for desks with a thickness of 10-85mm.

For 10-45mm thickness desks:

1. Attach the clamp assembly (E) to the pole (A) using two screws (L).

2. Slide the clamp onto the edge of your desk.

3. Tighten the clamp from underneath until it is secure.

For 45-85mm thickness desks:

1. Remove the screws from the lower part of the clamp assembly (E).

2. Flip the lower bracket over and re-attach it using the lower set of screw holes.

3. Attach the clamp assembly (E) to the pole (A) using two screws (L).

4. Slide the clamp onto the edge of your desk and tighten it securely.

The grommet installation is suitable for desks 10-40mm thick with a pre-drilled installation hole between 10mm and 60mm in diameter. Ensure there is at least 5mm of clearance around the hole.

1. Place the grommet base plate (F) over the hole on your desk.

2. Insert the pole (A) through the grommet base plate (F) and the desk hole.

3. From underneath the desk, place the grommet bracket (G) over the bolt of the pole.

4. Secure the entire assembly by tightening the knob (J) from underneath the desk until the mount is stable.

1. After installing the base pole (A) to the desk, slide the lower arm (C) onto the pole. Adjust to your desired height and tighten the screw on the collar to secure it.

2. Insert the upper arm (B) into the socket on top of the lower arm (C).

3. Attach the VESA plate (D) to the end of the upper arm (B).

4. To manage cables, route them along the underside of the upper arm (B) and secure them with the cable clips (I).

5. Route the cables down the lower arm (C) and conceal them using the cable cover (H).

1. Place your monitor face down on a soft, protected surface.

2. Align the VESA plate (D) with the mounting holes on the back of your monitor.

3. Secure the VESA plate using four screws (O) and four washers (P). Ensure the screws are tightened properly.

4. With two people, carefully lift the monitor and slide the attached VESA plate down onto the mounting head at the end of the arm.

5. CAUTION: Do not release the monitor immediately after hanging it. Hold it securely and wait until you are sure it is stable in its position to prevent injury to personnel or damage to equipment. If the arm rises or falls on its own, proceed to the spring tension adjustment step.

Before adjusting, and during the adjustment process, it is critical to position and hold the arm horizontally. It is recommended to have a second person assist you.

1. Hold the arm in a horizontal position.

2. Use the supplied 6mm Allen Key (S) to make adjustments.

3. If the arm drops: Turn the adjustment screw in the ‘+’ direction until the arm remains in a horizontal position without support.

4. If the arm rises: Turn the adjustment screw in the ‘-‘ direction until the arm remains in a horizontal position without support.

CAUTION: DO NOT over tighten the screws.

If the display does not stop at your desired position (for example, it tilts down or rotates too freely), you need to tighten the relevant adjustment screws.

Use the supplied Allen keys (Q, R) to tighten the screws located at the pivot points for tilt and rotation until the monitor holds its position firmly, but can still be moved when intended.

If the VESA panel (D) is too tight to allow for tilting the monitor, you can loosen the screw on the side of the tilt joint. Use the 5mm Allen key (R) to loosen this screw slightly until the desired tilt tension is achieved.

To ensure safe handling and use of the GEMBIRD MA-DA1P-02, please follow these precautions:

• After hanging the monitor, do not release it immediately. Wait until you are sure it is stable in its position to prevent injury or equipment damage.

• When adjusting the spring tension, DO NOT over tighten the screws.

• DO NOT rotate the monitor past the rear edge of the desk. This can create an unstable situation that may cause the entire assembly to tip over.
