When using the GE 72151LO, basic precautions should always be followed, including:

A) When products are used in outdoor applications, connect the product to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupting (GFCI) outlet. If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrician for proper installation.

E) When used outdoors, install only to a Class A GFCI protected receptacle where the transformer is protected from water or rain while plugged in (completely covered by the outlet box while plugged in). Do not use where only part of the transformer is protected from rain or water (outlet boxes where there is only a partial cover shall not be used for outdoor installations). This power unit is intended to be correctly orientated in a vertical or floor mount position.

The transformer for the GE 72151LO has a built-in fuse which automatically cuts power to the transformer if it short-circuits due to unstable input power, overloaded output, and other reasons. This fuse is a one-shot device and cannot be reset; please replace the transformer if it activates.

The Power On/Off functions and lighting modes on the GE 72151LO can be controlled with either the remote control or the control box. When using the remote control, please point it to the control box.

Pressing the Timer (C) key on the remote will activate the lighting timer for 5 hours. At the end of 5 hours, the lights will automatically turn OFF. The product will then turn ON automatically the next evening at the same time. The Remote Control On/Off Power switch cancels the Timer. The Timer function cannot be activated using the Control Box button switch.

The letters A to I (except for the C key) correspond to the 8 function keys identified on the Remote Control. To use, press the key for the desired function. For example, press key A to select the “Fade Combo” function. For keys with multiple functions, like key B, press the key repeatedly to cycle through the available options (e.g., White Twinkle, Multi Twinkle, and Twinkle).

The function sequence for the Control Box button cycles through all available lighting modes with each press. The sequence is as follows:
