Gallagher recommends charging your GALLAGHER S60 before its first use. If the battery indicator shows less than 50% charge, turn the energizer to the off ‘O’ position. Place the unit in direct sunlight for 1 full day to achieve a 100% charge.

• Night Pulse Rate: 1.3 seconds (consistent faster pulse for day and night)

The LED indicator lights on your GALLAGHER S60 provide information about the battery and fence condition:

Battery Status:

• Solid Green light: Battery charge is OK.

• Solid Red light: Battery charge is low.

• Flashing Red light: Battery charge is critically low and requires immediate charging.

Fence Performance:

• Green flash with each pulse: Fence is operating correctly.

• Red flash with each pulse: There is a fault or short on the fence line.

To fully recharge the battery of your GALLAGHER S60, switch the energizer off. Place the unit in direct sunlight for 3 days.

For seasonal storage, switch the GALLAGHER S60 off. Store it in a cool, dry, dark, and ventilated area to minimize battery drain. You should fully recharge the battery before putting it into storage and again after taking it out of storage before use.

If battery fluid comes in contact with you, follow these first aid procedures:

Eyes: Flush the affected area with water for at least 15 minutes. Ensure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids with your fingers. Call a physician.

Skin: Immediately flush the area with water and/or soap.
