What safety precautions should I follow when using the FLYFINE FP5000?
If the safety protection of the FLYFINE FP5000 is damaged, the product must stop working and be maintained according to relevant maintenance regulations.
After cutting off the power supply, the FLYFINE FP5000 must be shut down for 5 minutes to allow the capacitors to have enough discharge time before the power storage system can be repaired.
Pay attention to safe use and avoid touching places with safety warning signs and high voltage signs with your hands to avoid electric shock and burns.
What are the technical parameters for the FLYFINE FP5000?
The technical parameters for the FLYFINE FP5000 are as follows:

System parameters include: AC input, PV inputs, and EV input, various AC output types, a UPS function that switches within 10ms, charging temperature of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, discharging temperature of -20 to 55 degrees Celsius, operating humidity of 0 to 95 percent, altitude up to 2000m, IP20 protection level, air cooling method, weight of 70 plus or minus 3 KGs, and dimensions of 543mm by 337mm by 677mm.
How do I power on and off the FLYFINE FP5000?
To power the FLYFINE FP5000 on or off, open the anti-accidental touch cover and press the power button.
What information is shown on the display of the FLYFINE FP5000?
Once powered on, the display of the FLYFINE FP5000 shows the following information from left to right: remaining charging or discharging time (99 hours in standby mode), battery SOC (the ratio of the remaining battery power to the rated capacity), input power, and output power.
What should I do if the power level of the FLYFINE FP5000 is low?
When the system power is low, it is best not to carry high power output. If continued use occurs, the FLYFINE FP5000 will be over discharged, which may cause automatic shutdown protection. After the shutdown, you need to wait for 2 minutes and then press the switch to restart it. The device needs to be charged as soon as possible at this moment.
How do I charge the FLYFINE FP5000?
The FLYFINE FP5000 can be charged via AC or PV, and these can be operated simultaneously. When charging, the indicator lights around the SOC on the screen will be lit one by one, the charging power and the remaining charging time will be shown, and an icon of a power plug or solar panel will appear below the charging power.
For AC input on the FLYFINE FP5000, the voltage is 120V, the frequency is 60Hz, and the input power is 1500W. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge.
For PV input, the FLYFINE FP5000 has two groups of positive and negative interfaces. The total input power of the two groups is 3000W. Each group of interfaces supports a maximum 15A current. Therefore, when the PV input current is too large, the PV array needs to be divided into two groups and connected to the two groups of interfaces at the same time. The PV input range is 30 to 150V DC.
For EV input, the EV port can be used for fast charging, supporting split AC 240V/3000W input.
How do the AC output ports work on the FLYFINE FP5000 US Version?
The FLYFINE FP5000 US Version has four AC output ports on the left side. Ports OUT1, OUT2, and OUT3 support single-phase voltage of 120V with a maximum power of 2500W each. Port OUT4 is compatible with single-phase and split-phase, supporting 120V/240V voltage at 60Hz with a maximum power of 5000W. The total output power of all four AC output ports combined shall be 5000W maximum.
How do the AC output ports work on the FLYFINE FP5000 EU Version?
The FLYFINE FP5000 EU Version has three AC output ports on the left side. The voltage is 230V and the output frequency is 50Hz. The output power of each port shall not exceed 3500W, and the maximum total output power shall not exceed 5000W. Overpower output will trigger an alarm and turn off the output.
How do I charge an electric vehicle with the FLYFINE FP5000?
If you need to charge an EV with the FLYFINE FP5000, press the ground switch above the outputs before charging. If no device is connected to the AC output within 1 minute after you press the ground switch, the ground will be cut off. If you need to charge the EV, press the ground switch again.
Can I use the output of the FLYFINE FP5000 while charging?
The output of the FLYFINE FP5000 can be used during AC charging, but the power of the devices connected to the output should not exceed 1500W, otherwise it will cause excessive AC charging input power and damage the charging socket.
How should the FLYFINE FP5000 be transported and stored?
Transportation: Products should be transported in strong packing cases. The outside of the box should comply with relevant national standards and should be marked “Handle with Care” and “Moisture-proof”. Container containing products are allowed to be transported by any means of transport. Direct rain, snow and mechanical impact should be avoided during transportation.
Storage: The FLYFINE FP5000 should be stored in the packaging box when not in use. The ambient temperature of the warehouse is 10 to 40 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity is less than 80 percent. Harmful gases, flammable, explosive products and corrosive chemicals are not allowed in the warehouse, and there is no strong mechanical vibration, shock or strong magnetic field. The packaging box should be at least 20cm high from the ground and at least 50cm away from the wall, heat source, window or air inlet. The storage period under these conditions is generally 2 years, and the inspection should be carried out again after 2 years.
When the FLYFINE FP5000 is stored for more than 3 months, the product should be activated once with a small current (0.1C) and charged to about 50 percent of the electricity. The temperature should be 25 plus or minus 2 degrees Celsius, relative humidity 45 to 85 percent, and atmospheric pressure 70kPa to 106kPa. It should be placed in a dry, ventilated place, away from corrosive substances, fire, and heat sources.
