How to set up Volume Pedal?

1. Volume of Effects

   • Press the EXP button to enter the expression pedal setting menu.
   • Select Function. Then select the Level/Volume/MST.
   • Press expression pedal hard to activate – EXP LED will light up.

2. Volume Pedal

   • Press EXP to enter expression pedal setting menu.
   • Toggle EXP VOL to On.
   • Volume pedal range can be adjusted in the EXP VOL menu.

How to set up Wah pedal?

Press the EXP button then select FUNCTION. Select FX/COMP—POSITION. Press the expression pedal to activate. The style of wah pedal can be selected in the FX/COMP block.

How to calibrate the expression pedal?

User can adjust the expression pedal according to their preference. Press the EXP button to enter the menu:

1. Set the pedal in the heel down position and press the VALUE control to confirm.
2. Set the pedal in the toe down position and press the VALUE control to confirm.
3. Set the pedal in the toe down position and apply forward pressure. While applying forward pressure, press the VALUE control to confirm. This will set the sensitivity of the EXP pedals toe down activation switch.

After the setting is done, press the SAVE button to store the setting.

How does the Tap Tempo function work?

The FX100 has a built-in tap tempo function. Tap Tempo can control the delay time and the BPM of RHYTHM. Activate the DELAY module then activate the SUB-D module. Press the TAP button twice to control the delay time.

The TAP LED will stay red to indicate DELAY control. The TAP LED turns blue when controlling the BPM of RHYTHM.

How to enter the drum machine?

Press the RHYTHM button to enter the drum machine. The indicator will light up and the TAP indicator will turn blue. The drum machine has RHYTHM mode and METRONOME mode. Both of them have Style, BPM, and volume options.

The BPM of the drum machine can be adjusted with the TAP function.

How to enter the Tuner menu?

Press and hold the ▼ footswitch to enter the Tuner menu.

• The Tuner can be set to MUTE or BYPASS the audio signal.
• Tuner calibration. The FX100 features a chromatic tuning range from 435-445Hz.
• Press any footswitch to exit the Tuner.

How to operate the Looper?

• REC: Press ▼ footswitch to start recording.
• PLAY: During REC/DUB/STOP, press ▼ footswitch to start playback.
• DUB: During PLAY, press ▼ footswitch to dub.
• STOP: During PLAY/DUB, press ▲ to stop playback or dub.
• CLEAR: Press and hold ▲ for 1 second to clear all the tracks.

After recording past 80 seconds, LOOPER will automatically start playback. Editing presets will not change the recorded track’s tone.

How to use the OTG Function?

The F100 can be used as an audio interface with a smartphone or tablet. Use the OTG cable for connecting your FX100 to a compatible smartphone or tablet. Enter any video/audio recording software for direct video/audio recording. This function can be used for live steaming.

Ensure your portable device has OTG function. The OTG port of the FX100 is Micro USB type.

3. CAB SIM THRU: The speaker cabinet simulation in the FX100 can be configured to affect various output combinations.

   When the setting of two outputs are different, the CAB sim module will be placed at the end of the effects chain.

4. RESET: Resets the unit to factory settings.

5. OTG OUT setting: Enter SYSTEM-OTG to adjust the output level of OTG mode.
