To switch on your DOMETIC HIPRO CARE A30SFS, first plug the power cord into an AC mains socket. The mini fridge will begin to cool the interior. Allow the mini fridge to cool for approximately 4 hours before placing items inside. After this initial cooling period, press the ON button for 2 seconds to fully activate the unit’s operation.

To adjust the temperature of your DOMETIC HIPRO CARE A30SFS, press and hold the temperature setting button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash, signaling that you are in temperature setting mode. Press the button repeatedly to cycle through the preset temperature levels. The available settings are:

• 4° C / 39 °F

• 2° C / 36 °F

• 12° C / 54 °F

• 7° C / 45 °F

To switch off your DOMETIC HIPRO CARE A30SFS, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds.

The DOMETIC HIPRO CARE A30SFS is a refrigeration appliance intended for cooling and storing beverages and food in closed containers, and fresh foods. It is designed to be used in household and similar applications such as:

• Staff kitchens in stores, offices and other working environments

• Farmhouses

• Hotels, motels and other residential type environments

• Bed and breakfast type environments

• Catering and similar non-retail applications

The mini fridge is suitable either as a built-in appliance or as a freestanding refrigeration appliance. It is not designed for installation in caravans or motor homes.

The DOMETIC HIPRO CARE A30SFS is not suitable for:

• Storage of corrosive, caustic or solvent-containing substances

• Storage of medicine

• Deep-freezing of foodstuff

Please follow these general safety instructions:

• Ensure the mini fridge has been installed by a qualified technician.

• Do not operate the mini fridge if it is visibly damaged.

• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service agent, or a similarly qualified person.

• Repairs may only be carried out by qualified personnel.

• When positioning the mini fridge, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged.

• Do not locate multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies at the rear of the device.

• Do not store any explosive substances, such as spray cans with propellants, in the mini fridge.

• To avoid the risk of crushing, do not put your fingers into the hinge.

The refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit is highly flammable. In the event of any damage to the refrigerant circuit:

• Keep naked flames and potential ignition sources away from the mini fridge.

• Ventilate the room well.

• Switch off the mini fridge.

Additionally, for models with R600a refrigerant, do not use or store the mini fridge in confined spaces with none or minimal air flow. Keep the installation recess free of any electrical components and light sources that may produce sparks (e.g., relays or fuse boxes).

Do not open or damage the refrigerant circuit. Do not use any mechanical objects to speed up the defrosting process.

• Foodstuff may only be stored in its original packaging or in suitable containers.

• Ensure you only put items in the mini fridge which may be chilled at the selected temperature.

• Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food and accessible drainage systems.

• Store raw meat and fish in suitable containers in the mini fridge, so that it is not in contact with and cannot drip onto other food.

• Ensure that foodstuffs do not touch the walls of the cooling area.

If the mini fridge is left empty for long periods:

• Switch off the mini fridge.

• Defrost the mini fridge.

• Clean and dry the mini fridge.

• Leave the door open to prevent mold developing within the mini fridge.

Always disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning and maintenance.

• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects during cleaning as these can damage the device.

• Never use hard or sharp tools to remove ice or to free frozen objects on the device.

• Clean the device regularly and as soon as it becomes dirty with a damp cloth.

• Wipe the device dry with a cloth after cleaning.

• Check the condensate drain regularly. Clean it when necessary. If it is blocked, the condensate collects on the bottom of the device.

• For absorber versions: Use a brush or soft cloth annually to remove dust from the absorber unit.

• Check that the voltage specification on the data plate is the same as that of the power supply.

• Only use the cable supplied to connect the mini fridge to the AC mains.

• Never pull the plug out of the socket by the connection cable.

• Insufficient air flow results in a shortened lifespan and reduced cooling performance. Observe the minimum spacings when installing.

• Keep the condensate drain clean at all times.

• Only carry the mini fridge upright.

• Do not place the mini fridge near naked flames or other heat sources (heaters, direct sunlight, gas ovens etc.).

• Ensure that the ventilation vents are not covered.

• Never immerse the mini fridge in water.

• Protect the mini fridge and the cable against heat and moisture.

The refrigerant is highly flammable and the insulation of the device contains an insulating gas. Do not open or damage the refrigerant circuit or damage the insulation.

• Recycling packaging material: Place the packaging material in the appropriate recycling waste bins wherever possible.

• The insulation of the cooling device contains flammable cyclopentane and requires special disposal procedures. Deliver the cooling device at the end of its life-cycle to an appropriate recycling center.

• For recycling products with non-replaceable batteries, rechargeable batteries or light sources, dispose of the product in accordance with all applicable regulations.
