- DO NOT place heavy objects on the product or use the robot to carry children or pets.
- Keep the cleaning solution away from children and pets.
- DO NOT approach, touch, or interfere with moving parts during robot operation.
- The mopped area may become slippery, make sure to walk with extra care on such areas to avoid slipping.
- DO NOT immerse or rinse the product. If the built-in battery comes into contact with water, chemical decomposition may occur, potentially resulting in the battery catching on fire, which may even lead to an explosion.
- The battery electrolytes are highly corrosive. If you come into contact with battery fluid, immediately flush the affected area with water and seek medical support.
- Always use the provided power cable and base station to charge the robot. DO NOT charge the base station near flammable or combustible materials, such as rugs or wooden furniture.
- Before cleaning the robot, be sure to turn off the power and unplug the device from the power source, then wipe with a dry cloth to prevent electric shock.
- If the product will not be used for an extended period of time, make sure to fully charge the robot, remove the power cable from the base station, and power off the robot. Store in a cool, dry location and recharge the battery at least every three months. Prolonged power depletion will result in deep discharge of the battery, which may cause permanent damage to internal cells and ultimately render the device unusable.
- If a battery with a low battery level has been stored for an extended period of time, the battery will enter hibernation mode. The robot cannot be powered on when using a battery that is in hibernation mode. Power on the base station, place the robot into the base station, and charge to wake the battery.
- The product should only be used and stored in temperatures between 0° to 40° C (32° to 104° F). High temperatures can lead to improper device operation, while low temperatures can decrease battery performance or even damage the device.
- DO NOT dispose of the product in a regular waste disposal container. Strictly follow your local regulations regarding the disposal and recycling of batteries.

- Fogging inside the transparent housing may occur during operation. This is a normal phenomenon and requires no action.
- Dust particles or dark spots maybe present inside the transparent housing. This is a normal manufacturing characteristic and requires no action.
