How do I download the app for the DENVER BFH-15?
The DENVER BFH-15 smart band needs to be paired with a smartphone through its app. There are two ways to download the “DENVER BFH-15” app:
Way 1: Use a QR code scanning tool to scan the QR code in the user manual. This will open a link to download the app.
Way 2: Search for “DENVER BFH-15” in the App Store or Google Play store and download it directly.
How do I activate and charge my DENVER BFH-15?
Make sure the power is working normally before initial use. If the device has a low battery, you need to connect it to a charger. To do this, the host should be separated from the strap.
Connect the USB charging port to a normal DC port (5V-500mA) for charging. The device will automatically boot up and begin to charge.
How do I pair the DENVER BFH-15 with my smartphone?
Open the “pair device” section in the DENVER BFH-15 app. Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON on your smartphone. When searching and pairing, long press on the screen of the DENVER BFH-15 to activate it (the light will turn on). The app will automatically search for the device. Select the device name from the list and connect it to the app.
What are the main screen controls for the DENVER BFH-15?
The device has two key controls:
Tap: Use a single tap to switch between functions and modes on the display.
Long Press: Press and hold the screen to activate the device or switch modes.

Once connected to the app, you can tap the screen to cycle through the following displays in Normal Mode:
Time Mode: Shows the current time and date.
Step mode: Shows the number of steps taken.
Distance mode: Shows the distance traveled in kilometers.

How do I measure my heart rate with the DENVER BFH-15?
Tap the screen to navigate to the heart rate mode (bpm). The blue light will open. Keep the fitness band touching your hand, and the display will show your heart rate data.
What types of notifications does the DENVER BFH-15 show?
The DENVER BFH-15 can show the following notifications:
Incoming call notify

How do notifications work on the DENVER BFH-15?
1. Under the incoming call and message notification mode, the screen will display the last text received. When a new notification comes in, the display will update.
2. If a call or message comes in, the device will be forced into the call/message alert mode, no matter what other mode it is in. After you quit the alert, it returns to the previous mode.

Activities Record: Records daily activities, allowing you to check steps, distance, and calorie consumption in the app.
Sleep Monitoring: Automatically recognizes your state and monitors the whole sleep progress by analyzing deep and light sleep hours.
Notification Alerts: Provides alarms, call alerts, sedentary alerts, etc., through silent vibration.
Anti-Lost: When the smartphone is beyond the Bluetooth range (5m), the device vibrates to remind you.
Remote Camera Control: Operations on the screen can control remote photograph shooting.
Device Data Storage: Activity data is cleared daily at 0:00am, but the device can restore 7 days’ of data. It is recommended to sync data with the app at least once within 7 days.
What should I do if I can’t find my DENVER BFH-15 when pairing?
If you cannot find your device during pairing, please check the following:
1. Ensure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is ON and its operating system is Android 4.4 & above or iOS 8.0 & above.
2. Make sure the DENVER BFH-15 is near your smartphone (normal 0.5m) and within the standard Bluetooth communication range (within 10m).
3. Confirm that the device is not under low battery. If there is still a problem after a full charge, please contact us.
What can I do if my DENVER BFH-15 won’t connect to the app?
Some smartphone Bluetooth services may become abnormal when the phone is rebooted. If you cannot connect, please reboot the Bluetooth on your phone or reboot the smartphone itself, then try pairing the device again.
