Use the AC adaptor (Model AD-E24250LW) supplied with the digital piano. Connect in the following order:

1. Connect the power cord to the AC adaptor.

2. Connect the AC adaptor to the power supply terminal (DC 24V) on the back of the piano.

3. Plug the power cord into a household wall outlet.

Important safety notes:

Never connect the AC adaptor and power cord supplied with this digital piano to any other device.

Be sure to turn the power off before unplugging or plugging in the AC adaptor.

Unplug the AC adaptor from the power outlet when not using the digital piano for a long period of time.

To turn the power on, press the Power button. Each touch button will blink while the digital piano is starting up. When all touch buttons are lit up, the digital piano is ready for use. Use the volume knob to adjust the volume levels.

To turn the power off, press and hold the Power button for about 2 seconds. Note that even when turned off, the instrument remains in standby mode with a small current flowing through it.

After approximately 20 minutes of inactivity, the power automatically turns off to prevent unnecessary power consumption. To prevent the power from turning off during a performance or concert, you can set the Auto Power Off setting to Off.

To change this setting, hold down the FUNCTION button and press the Bb0 key to toggle between Enable and Disable.

To open the cover, place both hands in the recess of the keyboard cover, lift it up slightly, and push it back until it is completely open.

To close the cover, place both hands in the recess and slowly pull it toward you until it is completely closed.

Important: Be careful not to get your hands or fingers caught in the cover when opening or closing it. Do not play with the keyboard cover partially open.

You can select a tone using the following methods:

Method 1: Touch the GRAND PIANO button to immediately select the GRAND PIANO CONCERT tone.

Method 2: Hold down the GRAND PIANO button and press one of the G3 to C#5 keys to select a specific tone assigned to that key.

Method 3: Hold down the GRAND PIANO button and press the B2 (previous tone) or C3 (next tone) keys to cycle through the available tones.

The Layer feature allows you to have two tones sounding simultaneously. The first tone is called the Upper1 part and the second is the Upper2 part.

1. Hold down the GRAND PIANO button and press the C7 key to turn Layer on.

2. While holding down the GRAND PIANO button, press one of the G3 to C5 keys to select the tone for the Upper2 part.

Note: Upper1 part tones can be selected when Layer is set to Off.

You can select a dedicated bass tone for the left side of the keyboard, creating a Split.

1. While holding down the GRAND PIANO button, press the C#5 key (BASS).

2. The left side (Lower Part) will now have the BASS tone, while the right side (Upper1 Part) will retain its previously selected tone.

3. To cancel the split state, select a tone other than BASS.

The Duet function splits the keyboard into left and right sides with the same pitch range, allowing two people to play the same melody simultaneously.

To use this function, hold down the FUNCTION button and press the F2 key to cycle through settings:

Off: Turns off Duet mode.

On: Turns on Duet mode.

Pan: The sound of the left keyboard is output from the left speaker only, and the sound of the right keyboard is output from the right speaker only.

Pedal operation in Duet mode: The outer left pedal acts as a damper for the left keys, the outer right pedal acts as a damper for the right keys, and the center pedal acts as a damper for both sides.

Touch the METRONOME button to start or stop the metronome.

To set the beat: Hold down the METRONOME button and press a key from C#3 to Bb3. You can set the number of beats per bar between 2 and 9, or select Off for a click only.

To set the tempo as a number: Hold down the METRONOME button and use the A0 to F#1 keys (assigned as numbers 0 to 9) to enter a value from 20 to 255 beats per minute.

To adjust the metronome volume: Hold down the METRONOME button and press the A1 (decrease) or Bb1 (increase) keys.

Touch the SOUND MODE button to toggle effects on and off in sequence. The indicators above the button show the status:

Hall Simulator/Reverb: Simulates the acoustic characteristics of concert halls or rooms.

Surround: Adds a spread effect to the speaker output.

To select a preset: Hold down the SOUND MODE button and press a key from A0 to E1. Hall Simulator types include N.Y. Club, Opera Hall, Berlin Hall, and British Stadium. Reverb types include Room, Large Room, Hall, and Stadium.

While holding down the GRAND PIANO button, press one of the keys from Eb1 to Ab1 to select the touch response level:

Eb1 (Off): Cancels touch response; volume remains constant regardless of key speed.

E1 (Level 1): Light touch makes it easier to produce loud sounds.

F1 (Level 2): Medium light.

F#1 (Level 3): Normal/Standard setting.

G1 (Level 4): Medium heavy.

Ab1 (Level 5): Heavy touch makes it more difficult to produce loud sounds.

This setting changes the overall pitch in semitone steps, which is useful for matching the key of a singer or another instrument.

To transpose: Hold down the GRAND PIANO button and press the C#1 (lower) or D1 (raise) keys. The setting range is from -12 to +12 semitones. To reset to default (0), press both C#1 and D1 simultaneously while holding the GRAND PIANO button.

1. Switch the Recorder setting to MIDI Recorder by holding the FUNCTION button and pressing the B3 key.

2. Touch the REC button (it will blink red, indicating standby).

3. Start playing; recording will begin automatically. The REC button will stop blinking and stay lit red.

4. To end recording, touch the REC button again. It will return to white.

5. To play back the recording, touch the play/stop button.

Note: Only one song can be recorded. A new recording will erase the previous one. Maximum capacity is approximately 10,000 notes.

1. Connect a formatted USB flash drive to the USB Type A port.

2. Switch to the Audio Recorder by holding the FUNCTION button and pressing the C4 key.

3. Touch the REC button (it will blink red).

4. Start playing; recording begins automatically. The REC button will stay lit red.

5. To end recording, touch the REC button. The button will return to white.

Notes: Recording time is limited to approximately 25 minutes per file. Files are saved as WAV format (TAKE01.WAV to TAKE99.WAV) in the AUDIOREC folder.

1. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB Type A port.

2. Press and hold the FUNCTION button.

3. Press the C2 key (Format).

4. Press the C1 key (Execute).

5. Release the FUNCTION button once the process begins. The indicators above the SOUND MODE and play/stop buttons will light up sequentially.

Important: Formatting deletes all data on the drive. Ensure any important data is backed up elsewhere before formatting.

1. Insert the supplied Wireless MIDI and audio adaptor into the USB Type A port.

2. To pair for audio: Hold down the FUNCTION button and press the C#1 key (Wireless Audio Pairing). The Power button will flash blue.

3. On your smart device, select “WU-BT10 AUDIO” in the Bluetooth settings to pair.

4. Once connected, a notification tone will sound and the Power button indicator will light up blue.

5. To use MIDI features, install the dedicated app and connect through the app’s settings screen by selecting “WU-BT10 MIDI”.

This procedure initializes all system data and settings to their factory defaults.

1. Press and hold the FUNCTION button.

2. Press the A0 key (Factory Reset). The digital piano enters standby and the FUNCTION button blinks.

3. Press the C1 key (Execute) to start the reset.

4. Once the process is complete, all touch buttons on the panel will light up. Do not release the FUNCTION button until you have pressed C1.

Check the following solutions:

1. Ensure you are touching the buttons firmly with bare fingers; they will not respond to gloved fingers.

2. To reset button sensitivity: Turn off the power. While pressing the C8 key (the rightmost key), press the Power button. Do not release the C8 key until the digital piano is turned on and the touch buttons start to blink. The sensitivity will be set to high.

3. Check if Panel Lock is enabled. If it is, hold the FUNCTION button and press the C8 key to unlock it.

If no sound is produced, check the following:

1. Verify the volume knob is not turned down to minimum.

2. Check if headphones are connected or if a conversion plug is left in the PHONES/OUTPUT jack. Unplug them to enable speaker output.

3. Ensure the Local Control setting is turned On. If set to Off, the piano will not emit sound from its own sound source.

4. Check the Speaker Out setting. If set to Off, no sound will be output from the speakers. Set it to Auto or On.

Brilliance allows you to adjust the brightness of the sound from mellower to brighter.

To adjust: While holding down the SOUND MODE button, press the B2 (decrease brilliance) or C3 (increase brilliance) keys. The setting range is from -12 to +12. A setting of 0 is the default. To restore default settings, press B2 and C3 simultaneously while holding the SOUND MODE button.
