The Braun HD2.11 BRHD211E conforms to applicable technical regulations. These appliances are only suitable for home use and should not be used for commercial purposes.

This appliance must not be used in the vicinity of bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water. If the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the appliance is switched off.

For additional protection, the installation of a Residual Current Device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.

Never use the appliance with damaged cable. Protect cable from damage. Do not wind the cable around the appliance.

Check the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the voltage of your power system. Connect only to an AC outlet (~) and never use it on any other voltage.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

Use QUICK DRYING to open all vents for maximum speed and temperature. This is generally used at the start and end of the session. Figure 1 shows the Quick Drying vents and Figure 2 shows the vents when the appliance is closed.

Use CONCENTRATOR to partially close the vents. This is recommended for general use, especially for optimal drying or when achieving a refined look. Figure 3 shows the concentrator vents.

The BRAUN HD2.11 BRHD211E comes with an accessory that you can use to protect your hair, please refer to Figure 2 (Figure 4 shows the accessory attached). The accessory can be detached for storage.

The BRAUN HD2.11 BRHD211E is designed with a storage hook that can be used to wrap the cord around the body for easier storage. You can also leave the accessory attached or remove it and place it separately. Figure 5 shows the cable wrapped around the body.

The BRAUN HD2.11 BRHD211E is equipped with a grille that prevents impurities from entering the appliance (Figure 6). It is advised to clean the grille regularly with a dry cloth or brush. You can remove the grille for a deeper cleaning by turning it as shown in Figure 7 until it opens. Repeat the process to put the grille back. Figure 8 shows the grille.
