1. Click a storage medium in the Managed storage media list to select it.

3. Click Wipe in the new window to wipe the recordings.

On the Recording Scheduler page, you can assign recording profiles to the weekly schedule:

1. Click the profile to be assigned in the Time periods box.

2. Click a field in the table and, while holding down the left mouse button, drag the cursor across all of the fields to be assigned to the selected profile.

3. Click the No recordings profile in the Time periods box to deselect intervals.

4. Click Select All to select all intervals to be assigned to the selected profile.

5. Click Clear All to deselect all intervals.

6. When finished, click Set to save the settings to the device.

On the Image Posting page, you can configure the camera to save individual JPEG images to an FTP server. You must first configure a target account.

– **Image size:** Select the size of the JPEG images to be sent.

– **File name:** Select how file names are created.

– **Increment:** A number from 000 to 255 is added to the file name and incremented.

You can click Send Now to test the e-mail function. Click Set to apply the changes.

To update the firmware on the Maintenance page:

1. First, store the firmware file on your hard disk.

2. Enter the full path for the firmware file in the field or click Browse… to locate and select the file.

3. Click Upload to begin transferring the file to the device. The progress bar allows monitoring of the transfer.

The new firmware will be unpacked and installed. When the upload is completed successfully, the device reboots automatically.

You can manage configuration files on the Service > Maintenance page.

To load configuration data from a computer to the device:

1. Click Browse….

2. Locate and open the desired configuration file. Enter a password if the file is protected.

3. Click Upload. The device will reboot automatically upon successful transfer.

To save the camera settings to a computer:

1. Click Download.

2. Enter a password to protect the configuration file.

3. Enter a file name if required and save the file.

On the Service > Certificates page, you can manage security certificates.

To add a certificate, click Add and choose one of the following methods:

– **Upload certificate:** Select a certificate file from your computer.

– **Generate signing request:** Create a request for a signing authority to issue a new certificate.

– **Generate certificate:** Create a new self-assigned certificate.

To delete a certificate, click the trashcan icon to the right of the certificate and confirm the deletion. Note that you cannot delete the default certificate.
