Read the operating instructions carefully before the first use. Remove the packing and ensure the appliance is intact. Make sure the mains voltage corresponds to the data specified on the label. Never pull the supply cord to unplug the appliance and ensure the cord never comes into contact with hot or cutting surfaces. Do not use the appliance if the supply cord is damaged. Place the appliance on a flat surface during use.

Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the bean hopper, bean hopper lid, ground coffee container lid, and ground coffee container well, ensuring that they are rinsed and dried thoroughly.

Put the bean hopper into the bean hopper holder by making the tab on the bean hopper align with the groove on the bean hopper holder. Then turn the bean hopper clockwise until it is tightly locked into the bean hopper holder. Note that the bean hopper is equipped with a microswitch, so it must be assembled in position before operating, or the appliance will not work.

1. Place the appliance on a flat surface.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of coffee beans into the bean hopper (quantity Max 360g) and close the lid.

3. Put the ground coffee container (with lid in position) on the ground coffee container holder.

4. Select your desired coffee grinding while using the grind selector. Possible selections range from 1 to 15 (1= fine – 15=coarse).

5. Connect the appliance to the power source.

6. Press the Start/Stop button to begin grinding. The indicator will blink during the process.

7. When the desired grinding time has been reached, the grinder will stop automatically and go back to standby mode.

The coffee-dispensing amount is determined by grinding time. You can turn the knob to select your desired grinding time by referring to the table below before switching on the appliance. When selected, the corresponding indicator of your selected grinding time will light up. If you do not want to adjust the grinding time, the appliance will work under the default grinding time.

Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 5 minutes. Wait at least 30 minutes between each usage if operated for 5 minutes continuously. It is suggested to operate this appliance for less than 90 seconds per time, and a minimum of 90 seconds rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles.

If there is resistance while adjusting, the grind size should be adjusted while the motor is running to prevent burr jamming.

Yes, the appliance will enter into the sleep state if there is no operation within 90 seconds after being plugged in.

Be sure to unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely before cleaning. Disassemble the removable parts (bean hopper lid, bean hopper, ground coffee container, ground coffee container lid), rinse them with water and neutral soap, and dry them thoroughly. Do not use abrasive detergents or cloth. Wipe the body, cord, and plug with a lightly damp cloth and dry completely. Never immerse the body in water or other liquids.

Lift the handle of the removable grinder and rotate it anticlockwise to remove it. Use the equipped brush to clean the grinder, or clean it with water and then dry it thoroughly before replacing it. Please operate carefully as the removable grinder and grinding blade are sharp.

To replace the removable grinder in its position, put it into the grinding chamber by making the groove on the removable grinder align with the tab on the grinding chamber. Then rotate the grinder clockwise until it is fixed well in position.
