When installing and using your AXOR ONE 45771000, please observe the following safety notes:

Follow these steps to assemble the AXOR ONE 45771000:

1. Prepare the concealed body (part 45770180) for installation.

2. Connect the water supply lines to the concealed body using a SW 24 mm wrench.

3. Attach the threaded sleeve to the body, tightening it with a SW 24 mm wrench to a torque of 8 Nm.

4. Insert the entire assembly into the wall opening.

5. Ensure the assembly protrudes at least 35 mm from the finished wall surface.

6. Adjust the internal screws to the “open” position to allow water flow for flushing.

7. Adjust the valve screw until there is a 5 mm gap as shown in the diagram.

8. Attach the mounting plate over the valve assembly.

9. Place the seal over the mounting plate.

10. Secure the mounting plate by tightening the large nut with a SW 24 mm wrench to a torque of 5 Nm.

11. Tighten the small set screw using a SW 2 mm Allen key.

12. Ensure there is a 9 mm gap from the front of the mounting plate to the end of the valve screw.

13. Push the escutcheon (cover plate) onto the mounting plate until it clicks into place.

14. Secure the escutcheon to the mounting plate with the two side screws, using a SW 4 mm Allen key to a torque of 5 Nm.

15. Attach the front handle or control element to the escutcheon.
