How do I recharge the foot file?

Replace the roller head when you find it becomes less effective. Follow the steps below ensuring that the foot file is turned off. Use only Amope® Pedi Perfect™ Roller Heads with this foot file.

1. Turn “MOTOR off” on the unit and gently pulling the roller head away.
2. To insert a new roller head into the unit, press in the center of the new roller head. Slide the head between the tines of the Foot File until the pins align with and snap into the holes in the Foot File. Ensure the new roller head is securely attached to the Foot File before use.

What are the instructions for regular usage?

1. Ensure that the roller head is securely inserted into the foot file. Do not use without the roller head attached.
2. Turn on and off by pressing (!). Use to switch between low and high speed. For use on wet or damp skin, use the high speed. For use on dry skin, use the low speed.
3. Gently glide the roller head over hard skin and continue until you reach the desired level of softness. The foot file will stop if you press too hard. Turn off by pressing the on/off button again. Wipe or rinse feet to remove excess dead skin and dry feet.
4. Apply moisturizer and massage into your beautifully soft feet!

Turn the foot file off and rinse it with water. Dry with a clean dry cloth and store in a cool, dry location away from children.
