The ADLER AD 8088 refrigerator has a single control knob for regulating the temperature, located on the top of the cooler’s interior.

To control the internal temperature, adjust the control knob according to the ambient temperature or your intended use. The temperature control range is from position “0” to “3”.

Product temperature difference ≥17°C: For a no-load 25°C environment temperature, set to 8°C. After 2 hours of refrigeration, it can reach 8°C. The temperature control is electronic with a knob for gear control, adjustable from 8°C to 18°C.

Knob gear settings:

• 0: Standby

• 1: Temperature control range 18±2°C

• 2: Temperature control range 13±2°C

• 3: Temperature control range 8±2°C

1. Before using the device, read the user manual and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by using the device contrary to its intended use or improper operation.

2. The device is for home use only. Do not use it for other purposes that are inconsistent with its intended use.

3. The device should be connected to a 220-240V ~ 50/60 Hz grounded power socket. In order to increase the safety of use, many electrical devices should not be connected to one power circuit at the same time.

4. Be especially careful when using the device when children are around. Do not allow children to play with the device and do not allow children or people unfamiliar with the device to use it.

5. WARNING: This equipment can be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities, or persons without experience or knowledge of the equipment, if it is carried out under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety or they have been given instructions on the safe use of the device and they are aware of the dangers associated with its use. Children should not play with the equipment. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children, unless they are over 8 years of age and are supervised.

6. Always remove the plug from the socket after use by holding the socket with your hand. DO NOT pull on the net cord.

7. Do not immerse the cord, plug or the entire appliance in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the device to weather conditions (rain, sun, etc.) or use it in high humidity conditions (bathrooms, damp mobile homes).

8. Periodically check the condition of the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a specialist repair facility in order to avoid a hazard.

9. Do not use the appliance with a damaged power cord or if it has been dropped or damaged in any other way or is not working properly. Do not repair the device yourself, as it may cause electric shock. Return the damaged device to the appropriate service center for inspection or repair. Any repairs may only be made by authorized service points. Improperly performed repair may result in serious danger to the user.

10. Place the appliance on a cool, stable, level surface that can support the weight of the appliance and all its contents, away from heating appliances such as electric cookers, gas burners, etc…

11. Do not use the device near flammable materials.

12. Keep the power cord away from or touching hot surfaces.

13. Do not leave the device connected to the socket unattended.

14. For additional protection, it is advisable to install a residual current device (RCD) in the electrical circuit with a rated residual current not exceeding 30 mA.

15. Do not use the device if the connection sockets are wet.

16. Protect the device from heat sources and sunlight.

17. Place the device in a place with proper ventilation. The distance to other objects should be at least 20 cm.

18. Pay attention that the products inside do not cover the ventilation opening.

19. Only use the refrigerator in an upright position.

20. Be especially careful when transporting by car. Protect from falling while driving.

21. WARNING: Do not obstruct the ventilation openings in the equipment enclosure.

22. WARNING: Protect the refrigeration circuit from damage.

23. WARNING: Do not use electrical equipment other than that recommended by the manufacturer inside the food storage compartment.

24. WARNING: When positioning the device, make sure that the power cord is not pinched by the device or is not damaged.

25. WARNING: Do not place extension cords or portable power adapters at the back of the device.

26. WARNING: Explosive substances, such as aerosol cans with flammable propellant, should not be stored inside the apparatus.
