  1. Drill 1/2″ (13 mm) diameter holes 2-3/4″ (70 mm) deep.
  2. Remove debris from the holes.

TIP A 12″ long concrete drill bit is recommended to make it easier to drill inside the cabinet.

Install four 1/2″ x 4″ concrete studs into the holes and tighten the washers and nuts on the studs.

  3. Lower the housing plate so that it sits snugly on top of the mount.
  4. Tighten the six adjustment screws on the inside of the mount housing bracket.

When testing is complete, install the left and right base covers, and then the corner covers.

To install the delivery system, follow the steps in the appropriate installation guide:

What should I check after installation is complete?

When installation is complete, check that the mount is flush with the floor and that all screws are fully tightened.


What should I do if the Preference Collection 5580 does not contain subbase cutouts?

To mount a 341pro/341flt/541pro/ 545sta/541/545 system on a Preference Collection 5580 not containing subbase cutouts, order a new style subbase front and quantity (8) 012.004.00 pop rivets. Affected Preference Collection 5580 cabinets are those shipped before October 3, 2005.


What should I do when installing the Base Covers?

Shock hazard. When you remove or replace the covers, take care not to damage any wiring or tubing. Verify that the covers are secure after you replace them.
