Remove the top cardboard tray and round worksurface and set them aside.

Use a 1/4″ hex key to remove the mount from the plywood pallet and discard the screws.

Recommended Tools

• Drill

• 1/2″ concrete drill bit (12″ long)

• Ratchet (1/2″ drive)

1. Locate and mark the mounting holes for drilling.

2. Drill the mounting holes:

   1. Drill 1/2″ (13 mm) diameter holes 2-3/4″ (70 mm) deep.

   2. Remove debris from the holes.

   TIP A 12″ long concrete drill bit is recommended to make it easier to drill inside the cabinet.

3. Install four 1/2″ x 4″ concrete studs into the holes and tighten the washers and nuts on the studs.

• 3/8″ wood drill bit

• Ratchet (3/8″ drive)

• 3/8″ x 4″ ratchet extension

1. Locate and mark the mounting holes for drilling.

2. Drill the mounting holes:

   1. Drill 3/8″ (9.5 mm) diameter holes 3-1/4″ (83 mm) deep.

   2. Remove debris from the holes.

3. Use four 1/2″ x 4″ lag screws and washers to secure the mount.

Recommended Tools

• 5/32″ hex key

• Phillips head screwdriver

1. Slide the mount housing bracket from the kit into the subbase.

2. Use a Phillips head screwdriver and the eight screws from the kit to attach the mount housing bracket to the subbase rails.

• 5/32″ hex key

1. Use a 5/32″ hex key to loosen the six adjustment screws on the inside of the mount housing bracket.

2. Slide the mount into the housing and align the holes in the mount with the holes in the housing plate.

3. Lower the housing plate so that it sits snugly on top of the mount.

4. Tighten the six adjustment screws on the inside of the mount housing bracket.

Recommended Tools

• 5/16″ hex key

• Impact driver

1. Use a 5/16″ hex key and four mounting screws from the hardware kit to secure the mount to the housing plate. Tighten the screws until snug.

   TIP You may need to use an impact driver to fully tighten the screws.

• Impact driver

1. Use a 3/16″ hex key to loosen the six (1/4-20 x 1/2″ socket head patch) adjustment bracket screws. This allows the adjustment brackets to slide up as needed when the mount is inserted under the cabinet.

2. Slide the mount under the cabinet.

3. Partially tighten the six adjustment bracket screws.

4. Position the anchor plate on the two adjustment brackets.

5. Use a 3/16″ hex key and the four socket head patch screws and washers included in the kit to secure the anchor plate. Partially tighten the screws so the mount moves freely while positioning and to help ensure good contact with the floor.

6. Check that the mount is flush with the floor.

7. Use a 5/16″ hex key to tighten the mount screws until snug.

   TIP You may need to use an impact driver to fully tighten the screws.

8. Verify that the mount did not lift up when the anchor plate was installed. The mount should still be flush with the floor.

9. Use a 3/16″ hex key to fully tighten the six adjustment bracket screws.

Remove the Subbase Clips

Recommended Tool

• 3/16″ hex key

1. Use a 3/16″ hex key to loosen the decorative screws securing the subbase clips to the cabinet bottom panel.

2. Remove and discard the clips.

3. Leave the screws in the panel for mounting the upper support bracket assemblies.

Recommended Tool

• 3/16″ hex key

1. Use a 3/16″ hex key and four 1/4-20 x 1/2″ socket head patch screws to attach the two upper support brackets to the two upper rails.

2. Use a 3/16″ hex key and four decorative 1/4-20 screws to attach the two upper support bracket assemblies to the underside of the cabinet’s bottom panel.

• 3/16″ hex key

• 5/16″ hex key

• Impact driver

1. Use a 3/16″ hex key and six of the 1/4-20 x 1/2″ socket head patch screws to attach the adjustment brackets to the upper support bracket assemblies.

   Do not fully tighten the screws, so that the adjustment brackets can slide up as needed when the mount is inserted under the cabinet.

2. Slide the mount under the cabinet.

To install the delivery system, follow the steps in the appropriate installation guide:

When installation is complete, check that the mount is flush with the floor and that all screws are fully tightened.

When testing is complete, install the left and right base covers, and then the corner covers.
