To download the app for your XLIFE Q3, search for “Xlife” in the App Store for iOS devices or in Google Play for Android devices. You can also scan the QR code to download the app.
Note: Do not use charging equipment with an output voltage exceeding 5V.
How do I connect the XLIFE Q3 to my device?
1. Open the Xlife app and click “Q3”.
2. Press and hold the power button on the XLIFE Q3 ear cleaning rod to turn it on. The blue light will flash.
3. Go to your device’s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the product’s Wi-Fi network, named “xlife-Q3-XXXXXX”.
4. Return to the Xlife app to start using your XLIFE Q3.
How do I replace the ear tip on the XLIFE Q3?
Before using your XLIFE Q3, please check that the ear tip is securely attached. The ear tip has its own thread and can be unscrewed clockwise for replacement.
For a better user experience, we recommend replacing the ear tip at least every 3 months. This can be adjusted according to your frequency of use.
How do I troubleshoot common issues with the XLIFE Q3?

1. When cleaning the lens, please wipe it carefully with professional alcohol cotton swabs.
2. Please observe your surroundings before use. Stay at least 2ft away from people, animals, or moving objects when using. Don’t use in a moving vehicle or other unstable environments. Please don’t move around when using.
3. This product is unsuitable for children under 3 years old.
4. This product is not suitable for children to use alone.
5. Do not place the XLIFE Q3 in a humid environment for a long time or soak in liquids.
6. There is a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Even if you do not use it, you should charge it once a month to avoid long-term battery damage.
7. Please use a 5V charger to charge the device. Do not use this product while being charged.
8. Avoid direct exposure to the sun.
9. Do not put heavy objects on the product.
