1. Please read the owner’s manual carefully before assembling.
2. Place the firewood rack on a hard, dry surface.
3. Do not overload the log rack. The WERPH WR004 holds up to 1/2 face-cord of firewood.
4. Firmly secure all the bolts, screws and knobs before use.
5. Do not allow children to play with or around the log rack.

Use CAUTION when erecting the frame of the WERPH WR004. Use safety goggles during installation. Secure and bolt together overhead poles during assembly. Be aware of pole ends.
How should I clean and care for the WERPH WR004 and its cover?
A tight cover ensures longer life and performance for your WERPH WR004. Always maintain a tight cover, as loose fabric can accelerate the deterioration of the cover fabric. Immediately remove any accumulated snow or ice from the roof structure with a broom, mop or other soft-sided instrument. Use extreme caution when removing snow from the cover- always remove it from outside the structure. DO NOT use hard-edged tools or instruments like rakes or shovels to remove snow, as this could result in punctures to the cover. DO NOT use bleach or harsh abrasive products to clean the fabric cover. The cover is easily cleaned with mild soap and water.

What should I know before assembling the WERPH WR004?
Tools Required:
A Wrench is needed for tightening all bolts and nuts. It is included in the hardware list.
Notice:
1. Follow the installation instructions. Please confirm all accessories are present before installation.
2. Do not fully tighten the screws during initial assembly. Fully tighten screws only once all pieces which are correctly assembled.
3. If you encounter any problems during installation, contact customer service.

How do I assemble the WERPH WR004 firewood rack?
Follow these steps to assemble your WERPH WR004 firewood rack. Remember not to fully tighten the screws until all parts are in place.
Step 1: Assemble the Vertical Side Frames. Take one Upper Side Frame (Part 1) and connect the two Lower Side Frame pieces (Parts 2 & 3) to its posts to create a full-height side frame. Secure these connections using the provided Short Bolts (A), Washers (D), and Nuts (C). Repeat this process to build the second vertical side frame.
Step 2: Connect the Frames with Base Supports and Bars. Stand the two assembled vertical frames upright. Attach the Base Support Legs (Part 5) and the Horizontal Support Bars (Part 4) between the two vertical frames. Use the Long Bolts (B) and Nuts (C) for these connections as shown in the diagrams. The diagrams show attaching the legs and bars concurrently at the connection points along the bottom of the rack.
Step 3: Final Tightening. Once all components of the WERPH WR004 are correctly assembled and aligned, use the included Wrenches (E) to fully tighten all nuts and bolts.
