Prior to using the VONYX AV510, please observe the following safety instructions:

1. Do not place metal objects or pour liquids into the product, as this may cause electrical shock and malfunction.

2. Do not place the product near heat sources such as radiators or on vibrating surfaces. Do not cover the ventilation holes.

3. Be careful with the mains lead and do not damage it. A faulty or damaged mains lead can cause electrical shock and malfunction.

4. When unplugging the product from a mains outlet, always pull the plug, never the lead. Do not plug or unplug the product with wet hands.

5. If the product is damaged to such an extent that internal parts are visible, do NOT plug the product into a mains outlet and do NOT switch the unit on.

6. Do not connect the product to a rheostat or dimmer.

7. To avoid fire and shock hazard, do not expose the product to rain and moisture.

8. Make sure that the mains voltage is 220-240Vac/50Hz and matches the power outlet.

Immediately upon receiving the equipment, carefully unpack the carton and check the contents to ensure that all parts are present and have been received in good condition. Notify the shipper immediately and retain packing material for inspection if any parts appear damaged from shipping or if the package itself shows signs of mishandling. Save the package and all packing materials. If the equipment has been exposed to drastic temperature fluctuation (e.g., after transportation), do not switch it on immediately. Leave the device switched off until it has reached room temperature to prevent condensation damage.

The front panel of the VONYX AV510 features the following controls:

1. POWER ON/OFF: Press to turn the device on or off.

2. MUSIC VOLUME CONTROL: Turn to control the music volume.

3. ECHO EFFECT: Turn to adjust the echo effect for both microphones.

4. TONE CONTROL: Turn to adjust the tone for both microphones.

5. MICROPHONE A VOLUME CONTROL: Turn to control the volume level of microphone A. The LED lights of this knob will light up when microphone A is connected successfully.

6. MICROPHONE B VOLUME CONTROL: Turn to control the volume level of microphone B. The LED lights of this knob will light up when microphone B is connected successfully.

7. IR & LED LIGHT CLUSTER: Includes the IR Infrared receiver for remote control and LED indicators for COAXIAL, OPTICAL, BT, and LINE signals.

The rear panel includes the following connections:

1. AUXILIARY OUTPUT: 3.5mm stereo jack output. Use to connect with, for example, an amplifier or a computer.

2. AUXILIARY INPUT: 3.5mm stereo jack input allowing you to connect various external audio devices.

3. OPTICAL INPUT: Optical input terminal allowing you to connect to a TV, set-top box, etc.

4. COAXIAL INPUT: Coaxial input terminal allowing you to connect to a TV, set-top box, etc.

5. DC 5V IN: 5V adapter input.

Follow these steps to operate the VONYX AV510:

1. Connect the controller to a power outlet via the supplied power adapter. Ensure the mains voltage corresponds with the supplied adapter.

2. Put two alkaline AA batteries in the battery compartment of the microphone(s). Make sure that the positive and negative poles correspond with the markings within the compartment.

3. Slide the ON/OFF switch of the microphone(s) to the ON position. The microphone(s) will connect with the receiver automatically, and the LEDs on the knob of the corresponding microphone channel will light up.

To establish a Bluetooth connection:

1. Activate the BT-function on your device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) from which you want to play music.

2. Press the mode button on the remote to select the BT mode. The BT light will blink when selected.

3. Select “VONYX AV510” on your BT-device and make the BT-connection. No password is required.

Note: The BT distance is approximately 10 meters without any barrier.

To use the VONYX AV510 in PC Karaoke Mode:

1. Connect the audio output of your Desktop PC or Notebook to the AUX IN on the VONYX AV510.

2. Connect the AUX OUT on the VONYX AV510 to your Active Speakers.

You can connect the VONYX AV510 to a TV using the Optical or Coaxial connections:

1. Connect the Optical or Coaxial output from your TV to the corresponding Optical or Coaxial Input on the VONYX AV510.

2. Connect the AUX OUT of the VONYX AV510 to Active Speakers or an Amplifier connected to Passive Speakers.

The remote control features the following buttons:

1. PLAY/PAUSE: Play or Pause playback.

2. CHANNEL UP/DOWN: Change channel up or down.

3. EQUALIZER PRESET: Select equalizer presets.

4. VOLUME UP/DOWN: Increase or decrease volume.

5. PREVIOUS/NEXT TRACK: Go to previous or next track.

6. NUM PAD: Numeric keys.

7. PICK SONG: Select song title.

8. REPEAT: Repeat function.

9. MODE CHANGE: Switch modes.
