Step 1. Power on the NAS device, use a pin to insert and hold the “RESET” button for 5 seconds (a short buzzer beep will sound), continue holding it for 8 seconds until the buzzer beeps 3 times.
Step 2. The device will automatically restart and reset the system. Once reset, the white network indicator will stay on, signaling that the device is ready for use.
