How do I charge the TRIHEAR LIBER headset and remote microphone?

You can charge both the headset and remote microphone at the same time using the provided 2-port charging cable. The charging time is around 1 hour. It is recommended to fully charge the device before first use. A power adapter is not included; please use a regular 5V DC adapter.

When the headset is charging: The green light will flash quickly. When fully charged, the green light will stay on.

When the remote microphone is charging: The white light will cycle flashing. When fully charged, the white light will stay on.


How should I wear the TRIHEAR LIBER headset and position the remote microphone?

Headset Wearing:

Make sure the headset is turned off before wearing it. Put the headset on your ears and adjust the angle to make it stable and comfortable to wear.

Remote Microphone Wearing:

One-to-one communication: The remote microphone should be clipped to the speaker’s chest.

Group communication: The remote microphone should be placed on the table among all the people.

Personal assistive listening: The remote microphone can be clipped to your own chest.


How do I turn the TRIHEAR LIBER headset and remote microphone on and off?

Hearing Headset:

To power on: Long press the headset power button for 2 seconds. The green light will turn on, and voice prompts will indicate the battery status. The default mode is headset mode after power on.

To power off: Long press the headset power button. The green light will flash fast and then turn off.

Remote Microphone:

To power on: Long press the remote microphone power button for 2 seconds. The white light will be on.

To power off: Long press the remote microphone power button. The green light will flash fast and then turn off.


How do I switch between modes on my TRIHEAR LIBER?

When the TRIHEAR LIBER headset is powered on, it defaults to remote microphone mode. To switch to Bluetooth mode, click the headset power button.


How do I connect my TRIHEAR LIBER to a Bluetooth device?

1. Switch the headset to Bluetooth mode.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth switch on your device.

3. Search for ‘Trihear Liber’ in the list of available devices and select it to pair.

4. You will hear a prompt tone “Connected” when the connection is successful.

Note: In remote microphone mode, the headset needs to be connected with the remote microphone. The remote microphone can be clipped to the speaker’s chest or placed on a surface closer to the speakers.


How do I adjust the volume on my TRIHEAR LIBER?

Click the volume up (+) or volume down (-) button on the headset to adjust the volume.

• When the volume reaches the maximum or minimum level, there will be a prompt tone.

• Each time you power on the headset, the volume level will be set to the level it was at before it was last powered off.

• In remote microphone mode, there are a total of 9 volume levels.

• In Bluetooth mode, there are a total of 16 volume levels.


How do I use the mute function on the TRIHEAR LIBER remote microphone?

While in remote microphone mode, click the power button on the remote microphone. The orange light will turn on, and the microphone will be muted. To exit mute mode, click the power button again; the orange light will turn off.


How do I clear the Bluetooth pairing record on my TRIHEAR LIBER?

While in Bluetooth mode, keep clicking the power button 3 times to clear the paired record. The headset will then turn off automatically.


How will I know when the battery is low on my TRIHEAR LIBER headset or remote microphone?

Headset: When the headset battery is low, there will be a prompt tone saying “battery low”, reminding you to charge it.

Remote Microphone: When the remote microphone battery is low, the left side white light will flash fast, reminding you to charge it.


How can I use the TRIHEAR LIBER to listen to a TV?

Put the remote microphone near the TV speaker. You do not need to adjust the TV sound. This allows you to hear the TV clearly.
