Before using the TRANYA T10 PRO wireless earbuds for the first time, you should charge both the case and the earbuds. Additionally, choose the best fit for your ears from the three pairs of provided rubber eartips (S, M, L), which includes the set already installed on the earbuds.

The TRANYA T10 PRO has two different sound effects:
Normal Mode: For those who prefer a sound with bright vocal and crisp treble.
Bass Boosted Mode: For those who prefer a warm, heavy bass.
To switch between these modes, tap either the left or right earbud 5 times.
How do I power the TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds on and off?
Power On
• Automatically: The earbuds power on automatically when removed from the charging case.
• Manually: Long press and hold BOTH earbuds for 4 seconds.
Power Off
• Automatically: The earbuds power off automatically when placed back into the charging case.
• Manually: Long press and hold EACH earbud for 4 seconds.
Note: When the charging case is at low battery or out of power, the earbuds will not automatically power on/off. In this situation, you must turn them on/off manually.
How do I properly wear the TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds?
Step 1: Put the earbuds into your ears.
Step 2: Rotate the earbuds towards the auricle side to fit snugly.
How do I connect the TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds to my phone?
Step 1: Power on the earbuds and turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
Step 2: Select “Tranya T10 Pro” from the list of available devices and confirm the connection.
How do I charge my TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds and charging case?
Charging the Earbuds
To charge the earbuds, place them inside the magnetic charging case.
Charging the Case
There are two ways to charge the case:
a. Charge it with the included Type-C cable.
b. Charge it with a wireless charging pad (not included).
The indicator lights on the case display the battery level:
• One dot: <25%
• Two dots: 25%-50%
• Three dots: 50%-75%
• Four dots: 100%
How do I reset my TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds if they stop syncing with each other?
If your TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds stop syncing, please follow these steps to reset them:
Step 1: Remove the two earbuds from the charging case, then turn them off manually.
Step 2: Make sure the earbuds are off, then keep your fingers on the touch area for 8 to 10 seconds, until the red LEDs start flashing.
Step 3: The earbuds will automatically sync together and enter pairing mode.
What should I do if the sound from my TRANYA T10 PRO becomes low?
If the sound becomes low without control, please use tweezers to take out and remove the net inside the earbuds.

If your TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds are not charging, please try the following steps:
1. Clean the charging slot on the charging case.
2. Clean the charging connector on the earbuds.
Why don’t my TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds power on or off automatically?
The TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds will not power on or off automatically if the charging case has a low battery or is out of power. Please recharge the case. You can also manually power the earbuds on by long pressing for four seconds and power them off with another four-second long press.
Will a Bluetooth mouse cause signal interference with my TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds?
Perhaps. When your Bluetooth mouse and TRANYA T10 PRO earbuds are connected to the same device, it is possible for signal interference to occur.
