Before the first use of your SENCOR SWK 7300WH, follow these steps:

1. Remove all wrapping material from the electric kettle and its base stand.

2. Fill the kettle with clean water up to the maximum water mark (MAX).

3. Boil the water and empty the contents of the kettle.

4. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times to ensure the interior is thoroughly cleaned.

To operate the SENCOR SWK 7300WH, follow these instructions:

1. Set the required power cord length and push it into the groove in the base stand. Place the base stand on a stable, even, and clean surface.

2. Fill the kettle with the required amount of water. You may fill it through the spout or through the opening after lifting the lid. To open the lid, press button A5. The water level must reach at least the minimum mark (MIN) but must not exceed the maximum mark (MAX). Close the lid properly after filling.

3. Place the kettle on the base stand. Never fill the kettle while it is placed on the base stand.

4. Insert the power plug into a power socket and push down on switch A7 to start the kettle. The button backlight and the LED heating plate backlight will light up.

5. When the water starts to boil, the kettle will turn off automatically and the LED backlight will turn off. You can stop the kettle at any time by setting switch A7 to the up (off) position.

6. Pour the boiled water into a prepared container. When carrying the kettle, hold it upright, especially when it is filled to the maximum mark.

7. If you wish to refill and restart heating immediately, wait approximately 30-60 seconds.

8. Disconnect the power cord from the power socket after use, empty the kettle, and allow it to cool down.

Safety precautions for the SENCOR SWK 7300WH include:

Do not open the lid while the kettle is running or while water is boiling.

Ensure no water splashes onto the power plug or socket. If splashes occur, disengage the circuit breaker before drying the components.

Do not touch the hot surfaces of the kettle body as this can cause skin burns; always use the handle.

Never submerge the kettle, base stand, or power cord in water or any other liquid.

Do not use the kettle empty, as this may negatively affect its lifetime.

Be careful when pouring water to avoid scalding from boiling water or steam.

Alternatively, you can submerge it for several hours in a vinegar and water solution with a recommended dilution ratio of 1:2. Rinse the filter under clean running water after applying the solution.

Limescale should be removed regularly from the SENCOR SWK 7300WH based on water hardness and usage frequency. You can use standard limescale removal products or the following methods:

8% White Vinegar Method: Fill the kettle with 1 litre of water and 1/4 litre of vinegar. Bring the solution to a boil and let it act for 2 hours. Empty the kettle and boil clean water in it four to five times before further use.

Citric Acid Method: Boil 1 litre of water, then add 30 grams of citric acid. Allow the solution to act for about 30 minutes. Empty the kettle and boil clean water in it four to five times before use.
