How do the buttons on the top panel of the Soundbar work?
HW-Q910C model:
1. (Multi Function) Button:
– In standby mode, press to turn on the Soundbar.

Slide the back cover in the direction of the arrow until it is completely removed. Insert 2 AAA batteries (1.5V) oriented so that their polarity is correct. Slide the battery cover back into position.
How do I use the Soundbar remote control?
1. Power: Turns the Soundbar on and off. Includes Auto Power Down function (turns off after 18 minutes of no audio signal in D.IN / HDMI / Wi-Fi / BT mode).
2. Source: Press to select a source connected to the Soundbar.
3. Bluetooth PAIR: Switches the Soundbar to Bluetooth pairing mode. Press and wait for “BT PAIRING” screen to connect a new device.
4. Mute: Press to mute the sound. Press again to unmute.
5. SOUND MODE: Selects audio modes (Surround, Game, Standard, Adaptive sound).
– Standard: Outputs original sound.
– Surround: Provides a wider sound field.

What is Active Voice Amplifier (AVA)?
AVA analyzes external noise in real time while the soundbar is playing, ensuring voice audio remains clear. No data is saved during analysis. This function is not supported by the Q750C model.

NOTE:

Before starting, ensure power cables are connected properly and the Soundbar is turned off.

2. Align the Wall Mount Guide’s Center Line with the center of your desired installation area (or the center of the TV if mounting below it). Fix the Guide to the wall using tape.
3. Use a pen tip or sharp pencil to mark the wall through the center of the A-TYPE images on each end of the Guide. Remove the Guide.
4. Drill a hole at each marking using an appropriately sized drill bit. If not drilling into studs, insert suitable anchors or mollies first.
5. Push a screw (M5, 35mm or longer – not supplied) through each Holder-Screw and screw them firmly into the wall holes (or anchors).
6. Attach the 2 Bracket-Wall Mounts to the bottom of the Soundbar using the 2 provided Screws (M4 x L10). Ensure the hanger part of the brackets points towards the rear of the Soundbar.
7. Hang the Soundbar with the attached Bracket-Wall Mounts onto the Holder-Screws on the wall.
8. Slide the Soundbar down so the Bracket-Wall Mounts rest securely on the Holder-Screws (Holder-Screws should be in the narrow, bottom part of the bracket slots).
How do I install the Soundbar in front of a TV on a stand?
1. Attach the included Rubber-Feet (x 4) to the bottom of the Soundbar.
2. Ensure the Rubber-Feet are positioned so they do not lie outside the edges of the TV stand when the Soundbar is placed.
3. Align the center of the Soundbar with the center of the TV.
4. Carefully place the Soundbar onto the TV stand.
5. If your model has microphones, ensure they are positioned at the front of the stand and are not obstructed, to avoid interference with voice recognition.
NOTE:
– Ensure the Soundbar is placed on a flat and solid surface.
– Insufficient gap from the TV may cause voice recognition and acoustic issues.
– The Q750C model does not support voice recognition (no microphones).
How does the Auto Software Update feature work?
When the Soundbar is connected to the Internet, software updates occur automatically, even when the Soundbar is turned off.
– The Soundbar must be connected to the Internet for Auto Update.
– The Wi-Fi connection will be terminated if the power cord is disconnected or power is cut off. Reconnect to the Internet after restoring power.
