Note: The supplied wall mounting hardware is not for use on steel stud walls or cold cinder block walls. If you are uncertain about the nature of your wall, please consult a qualified contractor. If the hardware you require is not included please contact your local hardware store.

Caution: This Product LCD/Plasma Wall Mount Bracket is intended for use only with the maximum weights indicated. See apparatus instructions. Use with products heavier than the maximum weights indicated may result in instability causing possible injury.

Important: If you don’t understand about right install ways, please consult a normal installing specialist.

Check your TV manual to confirm the diameter of bolt to be used or choose an appropriate bolt according to the size, height, and position of the holes on your TV.

For correct installing, make sure that the hook of every bracket must be facing down. Use selected bolts, spacers, and washers for installing the bracket at the back of the display. Adjust the two brackets to equal heights and level. Once aligned, tightly secure the bolts. Note that the “↑UP” side should be on the top.

If your display hole’s vertical distance is greater than 400mm, you need to use the lengthen brackets (4, 5) on both main brackets (2, 3).

To install the lengthen brackets, choose the appropriate holes based on your display’s hole distance. Install the Lengthen bracket (4, 5) directly to both main brackets (2, 3) by using M6x50mm bolts (9), M6 washers (8), and M6 nuts (7).

1. For displays with vertical backs:

No spacer is required. Install the bracket directly to the back of the display by using the appropriate bolts (M4, M5, M6, or M8) and square washers (I) provided.

2. For displays with curved backs or recessed mounting lands:

This will require the use of a spacer. Install a spacer (M) between the display and the bracket. Then secure with the appropriate bolts.

First, determine the height of the stand. The best height is parallel to the eye level of a person sitting on a couch. Normally, the horizontal distance of eye level is about 4 feet from ground level.

The following two conditions are for determining the perfect height of the stand:

1) The distance between the wall and couch (‘a’).

2) The distance of eye level from ground level plus the distance measured from the eye level of a person sitting on a couch with a viewing angle of 15° (‘b’).

For example:

1) If the distance of ‘a’ is 5′-7′, the distance of ‘b’ is about 1′.

2) If the distance of ‘a’ is 8′-13′, the distance of ‘b’ is about 3′.

3) If the distance of ‘a’ is 14′-17′, the distance of ‘b’ is about 4′.

The perfect height of the stand centre will be anywhere within the ‘b’ range, where you feel comfortable for viewing.

After determining the height of the stand, follow these instructions to install the wall mount on a wooden wall:

1. Use an awl or nail to mark where the nails are located. The distance between two nails for fixing the wall mount must not be less than 12″.

2. Pre-drill these holes with a 5mm drill bit to at least 50mm deep.

3. Please make sure these holes are level and located at the center.

4. Use the wall mount as a template to mark the location of the other three holes and drill the same holes.

5. Fix the wall mount to the wall with 4 long bolts (J) and washers (L).

After determining the height of the stand, follow these instructions to install the wall mount on a concrete wall:

1. Use the wall mount as a template to mark 6 hole locations on the wall. Three holes are located at the top row of the slots and three more are located at the bottom row.

2. The outer holes must fall to the left and right of the two holes in the middle of the mount.

3. Please make sure these holes are level and at least 6″ between any two lines.

4. Pre-drill these holes with a 10mm drill bit to at least 50mm deep.

5. Insert Wall anchors (K) into each of these holes.

6. Attach the wall mount to the wall using 6 Long bolts (J) and washers (L).

Using the balance-adjusting system on the plate, make sure whether the wall plate is installed balanced. If not, then slide the wall plate to let the pointer level in the center position.

This is Step 3: Hanging display.

Firstly, lift the bracket-mounted display over the wall mount. Note that some TVs require two people to lift.

Then hook the brackets over the top of the wall mount. Rotate the display to let the bottom of the brackets hook over the bottom of the wall mount.

Finally, put the safe bolts (6) into the bottom of the brackets and lock it.
