How should I clean the product?
Wash and rinse all parts in warm, soapy water before first use and after each use.
Tumbler is not dishwasher safe, hand wash only.
Lid is top rack dishwasher safe.

Do not clean with abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.
Can this product be used in a microwave or freezer?
This product is not for microwave use – DO NOT use in microwave.

What precautions should be taken when handling hot liquids?
This product is able to keep liquids hot or cold for extended periods of time, please allow hot liquids to cool before securing lid and consuming.
Do not drink hot liquids directly from tumbler.
Do not overfill tumbler. Hot liquids can scald.
Do not shake with hot liquids inside.
Keep out of reach of children when filled with hot liquids.
How should the lid be opened and secured?
Open lid in upright position before consuming.
Always ensure lid is securely fastened before using and consuming.
Can carbonated beverages be used with this product?
Do not use with carbonated beverages.
How do I pre-heat or pre-chill the tumbler for best results?
For best results, pre-heat or pre-chill tumbler prior to use.
Fill with hot or cold water, attach lid and let stand for 5 minutes then empty.
How do I operate the lid lock?
Make sure lid lock is in the up/open position, press lid release button to open lid.
Close lid when done drinking.
To lock, move lid lock to bottom/locked position.
