What should I try if the Bluetooth headset cannot be connected with other Bluetooth devices?
- Confirm the Bluetooth headset has been completely paired before.
- Confirm the Bluetooth headset does not pair with other devices.
- Check with the phone to confirm the Bluetooth function is open.
- Confirm the distance is less than 10 meters between the Bluetooth device and there is no barrier.
How do I charge the battery?
- Connect the USB cable to a suitable USB power supply.
- When the charger is connected to the headset, the red indicator light will turn on. Charging the battery may take up to 2 hours.
- When the battery is fully charged, the red indicator light will turn off. Disconnect the charger from the headset and the outlet. The headset is ready to use.
What are some notes regarding charging the headset?
- For first-time use, please charge the headset fully.
- The fully charged battery has power for up to 5 hours of talk-time and up to 120 hours of standby time. However, the talk and standby times may vary when used with different mobile phones or other compatible Bluetooth devices, usage settings, usage styles, and environments.
- When the battery power is low, the headset will remind you by tones every 5 seconds, and the red indicator light starts to flash.

- Please read this User’s Manual carefully and follow all instructions.
- To avoid any damage or malfunction of the device, do not drop the device from high places.
- Keep the device away from humidity, water, and any other liquid. If the device is exposed to water, moisture, and other liquids, do not operate it to avoid any electrical shock, explosion, and damage to the device or yourself.
- Do not place or keep this device near any heat sources, such as direct sunlight, radiators, stoves, or other apparatus that produce heat. This may cause an explosion, degrade the performance, and/or reduce battery life.
- Do not modify, repair, or disassemble the device (especially the battery). Doing this will void the warranty.

How do I pair to a Bluetooth phone?
- Keep the headset within 1 meter of a Bluetooth-ready cell phone.
- Press and hold the Answer button for approximately 6 seconds; the indicator light will intermittently flash red and blue. The device is in pairing mode.
- Find the Bluetooth setting of your cell phone and start the search for Bluetooth devices (For further details, please read the operating instructions of your cell phone).
- From the list of devices found, select the model.
- If required, enter the PIN code “0000” and confirm the entry. If pairing is successful, a signal tone will be heard, and the indicator light will flash blue for 3 seconds.
What happens after pairing?
After pairing, the headset will connect with the cell phone automatically. For some cell phones, confirmation of the connection may be needed. Once paired, the headset will change to standby mode, and the indicator light will flash blue 2 times every 5 seconds.
What should I do if pairing is not completed within 2 minutes?
If pairing is not completed within 2 minutes, the headset will turn off. If this happens, repeat the pairing steps.
How do I switch the headset on?
Long press the Answer button for 4 seconds to turn on the headset. If the headset has completed the pairing process successfully, when the headset is turned on, it will connect to the phone automatically. Please ensure the phone’s Bluetooth function is on.
