Follow these steps to enter and use the debug mode on your NEWLAND FM530 PRO:

1. While pressing the key button, apply power to the scanner.

2. Continue to press the key button until the aiming laser turns on and the scanner emits three beeps, then release the key button. The laser aimer will come on, indicating the center of the scan area.

3. While in debug mode, the scanner will prefix the number of good reads to the barcode data, allowing for optimization of the scanner’s position and aiming.

4. To exit debug mode, you can either depress the key button until the scanner emits three beeps and then release it, or simply cycle the power to the scanner.

Single Read Mode:
