The following precautions should be observed when using the device:

1. Do not use the device on swollen or inflamed skin, or on damaged skin, burned skin, or immediately after recent surgery.

2. The device is not recommended for people with electronic implants (e.g., pacemaker, insulin pump).

3. Do not use the device if you have metal components in your mouth (e.g., implants, crowns, braces).

4. The device should not be used in cases of active skin diseases (ulcers, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, recurrent herpes), epidermal damage (scars, wounds), hypersensitivity to electromagnetic fields, pregnancy and lactation, haemophilia/haemorrhagic disorders, epilepsy, atopic dermatitis (AD), and cancer.

5. Do not use the device while taking photosensitising drugs (e.g., certain antibiotics, retinoids).

6. The device should not be used by children.

7. Avoid using massage heads around the eyes and on the neck in the thyroid region.

8. Do not apply too long on one area of skin.

9. It is recommended to remove any metal jewellery, such as earrings or chains, before using the device.

10. Do not use the device near water or in high humidity conditions such as a bath, shower, or sauna.

The device combines three functions: EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), thermotherapy, and vibration massage. It features the following parts:

1. Double massage head

2. Button for switching on/off/changing the intensity level

3. Intensity level indicator / Power indicator

4. USB charging port

5. Type-C cable

Wash and dry your face thoroughly before use. For optimal results and comfort, it is recommended to use the device with a conductive gel suitable for EMS technology or with a light, oil-free facial cosmetic that does not impede the smooth gliding of the device over the skin.

To switch the unit on, press and hold the A2 button until a beep sounds. Then use the same button to set one of the five intensity levels. The unit will beep once each time the level changes. The intensity level indicator lights will illuminate in the number corresponding to the selected level (1-5).

During the massage, move the device slowly across the face, making upward and outward movements, following the natural direction of lymphatic drainage. The device signals the change of area every 15 seconds by beeping twice.

Yes, the device has a built-in 6-minute timer. It will switch off automatically six minutes after one of the levels has been set. The time does not add up when changing intensity levels during operation. To switch off the unit manually before 6 minutes have elapsed, press and hold the A2 button until a double beep sounds.

The device has a memory mode. When the massager is switched on again, it will automatically start in the last mode used.

It is recommended to use the massager 2-4 times a week for 6 minutes, choosing an intensity level that suits your needs.

1. Wipe the head with a dry or slightly damp cloth after each use.

2. Leave to dry in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

3. Do not immerse the device in water and do not use highly corrosive detergents or alcohol.

4. When not in use, the product should be stored in a dry place on the supplied stand.

During charging: The power indicator LEDs flash successively from left to right. The device cannot be used during charging.

Fully Charged: The power indicator lights illuminate continuously for 5 minutes when the unit is fully charged and then go out.

Low Battery: When the battery level is low, the power indicator LEDs flash and the unit will beep twice to indicate that the unit needs to be recharged.

When the unit is switched off, press the A2 button briefly to check the battery level. This will be shown by the number of LEDs lit. One LED indicates approximately 25% charge level. The LEDs will go out after 2 seconds.

If an attempt is made to start the unit with a fully discharged battery, a beep will sound three times, the power indicator LEDs will flash three times, and the unit will automatically switch off.
