How should I unpack and place the dishwasher?
Remove all packaging materials.
Inspect the unit for any damage and ensure that all parts and accessories are included.
Position the unit on a dry, stable, flat surface, such as a counter, near a sink and an electrical outlet.
Attach the spray arms to the dishwasher by pushing firmly into place until you hear a click. Make sure it is secure and can still rotate freely.
What are the options for connecting the water supply to the dishwasher?
There are three ways that water can be supplied to this unit:
A. Manual Option: Pour water directly into the water tank through the filling port located on the top of the dishwasher.
B. Faucet Option: Connect the straight end of the supplied water inlet hose to a ½-inch diameter faucet and the other end (with the elbow) to the water inlet port located at the back of the unit.
C. Supply Line Option: Connect the straight end of the supplied water inlet hose to a ½-inch cold water supply line (typically located under the sink) and the other end (with the elbow) to the water inlet port located at the back of the unit. This option may require drilling a hole in your countertop for the hose to pass through.
How do I connect the drainage hose?
There are two ways to connect the drainage hose:
A. Sink Option: Connect the elbow end of the supplied drainage hose to the water outlet port located at the back of the unit. With a screwdriver, tighten the supplied clamp around the end of the hose where it covers the port to create a watertight seal. Position the other end of the hose in a sink so that wastewater will drain freely down into the sink.
B. Drain Line Option: Depending on how your sink’s drain line is set up, you may be able to connect the drainage hose from the dishwasher to the drain pipe under the sink (or to the garbage disposal, if one is present). This may involve drilling a hole in your countertop for the hose to pass through. We suggest consulting a plumber if you’d like to explore this option.
How should tableware be placed in the dishwasher?
A. Before placing tableware in the dishwasher, remove large pieces of food residue to assist the cleaning process and prevent clogging of the drainage hose.
B. Refer to the standard placement layout pictured for best results. Place the dishes, glasses, and cookware one by one in the basket. Forks, knives, spoons, etc. should be arranged flat on the cutlery shelf, not in the main basket. Position items so that their dirty surfaces lean or face inward and downward. Do not stack items too tightly together.
How do I operate the dishwasher?
1. Powering On The Unit: Plug the electrical cord of the unit into an outlet, then press the “On/Off” button on the control panel to turn on the unit.
2. Filling With Tableware: Ensure that all tableware and cutlery are appropriately placed in the dishwasher. Roll both the cutlery shelf and the main basket fully back into the dishwasher.
3. Adding Dishwashing Detergent: Locate the detergent dispenser on the inside of the dishwasher door. With the dishwasher door in its fully open (horizontal) position, open the dispenser cap and add 8-10 grams of dishwasher-specific detergent to the dispenser (liquid, powder, or tablets). Close the dispenser cap, then close the dishwasher door.
4. Filling The Water Tank (If using the manual option for water supply): Open the water tank filling port on the top of the dishwasher cabinet and pour clean water in until the Add Water indicator light on the control panel goes off. Then close the port.
5. Wash/Dry Cycle Selection: Select the desired cycle by pressing the appropriate button on the control panel. Refer to the Cycle Functions table for more information.
6. Start the cycle: If using the faucet option for water supply to the unit, turn on the cold water faucet before starting the wash cycle. With the dishwasher door fully closed, press the Start/Pause button to begin the cycle.
Caution: Do not open the dishwasher door while the cycle is running. If you must access the dishwasher during a cycle, first press the Start/Pause button on the control panel to pause the cycle, then wait 10 seconds before opening the door.
What are the different cycle functions, wash times, water temperatures, and dry times?

What should I do if tableware is not being fully cleaned?
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Incorrect placement of tableware: Refer to “Tableware Placement” in this manual to make sure tableware is properly positioned in the dishwasher.
Spray arm’s motion is blocked: Check that there is no shifted tableware keeping the spray arm from revolving.
Spray arm nozzle clogged: Clean any food debris or buildup from the spray arm.
Dirty filter screen: Clean the filter screen. (Refer to “Cleaning and Maintenance” in this manual.)
Too short wash cycle: Refer to “Cycle Functions” to select a more appropriate cycle.
Not enough detergent: Try increasing slightly the amount of dishwashing detergent added.
What if the dishwasher does not start when the Start button is pressed?
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Not enough water in the water tank: Continue adding water until the Add Water indicator light goes out.
Dishwasher door not fully closed: Make sure that main basket and cutlery shelf are fully retracted into the dishwasher and that no tableware or other objects are blocking the door from fully closing.
What should I do if control panel buttons are pressed but nothing happens?
Possible Cause and Solution:
Dishwasher is in the middle of a cycle: Stop the current cycle or wait until it has completed, then make a new selection.
Why is there foam in the water tank?
Possible Cause: Incorrect use of detergent.
Solutions:
1. Use only detergent specifically designed for dishwashers.
2. Never add detergent directly to the water tank. Add detergent only to the detergent dispenser inside the dishwasher door.
3. Flush the water tank by filling it with water and running a new wash cycle without adding any detergent.
What does it mean if the dishwasher produces a knocking or clicking sound?
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Spray arm is making contact with tableware: See “Tableware Placement Instructions” for proper placement of tableware.
Lighter tableware shaking slightly during cycle: This is normal and not a cause for concern. Check to ensure proper tableware placement.
Why is tableware not completely dry after the cycle completes?
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Plastic or wooden tableware may not dry as quickly as other tableware: This is normal. Before use, allow plastic or wooden tableware to sit out separately to finish air drying or wipe with a dry cloth if needed.
Incorrect positioning of tableware: Refer to “Tableware Placement Instructions.” Make sure the open side of bowls, cups, glasses, etc. faces downward and that tableware is not stacked tightly together (which could limit drying action).
Cycle was paused before drying phase started or completed: Resume the cycle and allow drying phase to finish.
What should I do if detergent residue remains in the dishwasher or on tableware after the cycle completes?
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Water flow during wash cycle is blocked or restricted in some way, so water cannot fully wash away detergent: 1. Be sure that tableware is placed correctly (see “Tableware Placement Instructions”). 2. Make sure that the spray arm is not making contact with any tableware that might limit its motion.
Too much detergent used: Use less detergent.
Detergent faulty or expired: Replace the detergent.
How do I clean the filter?
1. Locate the filter on the inside of the dishwasher door and rotate it counterclockwise to remove.
2. The filter device consists of three parts, which can be separated once the filter is removed. Clean each part by rinsing under flowing water and scrubbing with a soft bristle brush as needed.
How do I clean the spray arm?
1. Gently lift the spray arm upwards to remove.
2. Clean the spray arm by rinsing under flowing water and scrubbing with a soft bristle brush as needed. If a spray hole remains clogged, use a toothpick or similar object to clear it.
What are the key safety alerts for using the dishwasher?
The electrical socket used must be properly grounded. Failure to ensure proper grounding may pose a risk of electric shock and result in bodily injury or death.
Use only with a single-phase electrical socket with a rated current of 6A/10A and a rated voltage of 220V. Do not share use of the same socket with other electrical appliances to avoid overloading the circuit and risk of fire.
Do not use if any electrical components, wiring, or power cords are damaged. First consult a licensed electrician or the manufacturer.
Discard this unit only in accordance with local regulations.
Do not use or store this dishwasher anywhere that the ambient temperature may reach below freezing (0°C / 32°F).
Do not place or use the unit on an unstable, wet, damp, slick, or flammable surface to avoid risk of personal injury or property damage caused by displacement, electrical shock, fire, etc.
Do not use on cloth, carpet, vinyl or other materials that are not heat-resistant.
