Short-press the power button to turn on the device.

You can turn off the device in the Setting menu of the touch-screen or press and hold the GPS button for 5s to enable forced shutdown.

The device will automatically shut off after 1 hour of no operations when the GPS is off. When the GPS is on, the device will automatically shut off the GPS first after 1 hour of on operations, and then shut the device in 1 hour.

Rotate the Slope switch clockwise/counterclockwise to turn on/off the slope function.

Short-press the Flag-Lock Mode button to enter flag-locking mode.

Align the aiming circle with the target (usually the flag), press and hold the Measure button to start scanning mode and zap to the target. Once the target is acquired, the device will vibrate twice to confirm it, and a red circle will appear under the flag icon on the display and a green crosshair will surround the aiming circle, indicating successful flag-lock.

Short-press the Ball-to-Pin™ Mode button to enter the mode, and follow the onscreen instructions to measure the distance from the device to the ball (P) and then from the device to the pin (P1), the device will automatically calculate the yardage from the ball to the pin (P-P1).

Press and hold the Setting button to enter/exit the settings menu.

Press the Setting button to cycle through SET1-4.

Press the Measure button to change and confirm the setting.

SET1: Display brightness (Auto/L1/L2/L3, Auto by default).

SET2: Rain & Fog mode (on/off, off by default).

SET3: Vibration for single measurement (on/off, on by default).

SET4: Unit switch (yard (Y) /meter (M), Y by default).

Tap and hold the weather part of the interface to change themes of display.

Tap the Performance History icon to enter your performance history board and check out your total score, putting score, GIR and fairway score data of each game.

Tap the Green View icon to enter and see where the pin is located on the green.

You can move the pin to the right location if the course updates.

Tap the Layup icon to enter the interface, move the point to anywhere you want on the map and get the yardage from the device to the point, the yardage from the point to the pin and the yardage to the nearest hazard.

GenePro G1 syncs the ranged distance to the touchscreen, it shows an arc of the ranged distance on the course map, but when you don’t enter the course map, it just displays the distance data on the touchscreen.

Tap the Pin Pointer icon to enter and show you the yardage and direction to the pin.

Tap the Shot Track icon to enter the interface, tap the icon again to record the GPS location before your drive and after each shot to track your performance.

You can also record the GPS location by pressing and holding the GPS button for 2s.

Swipe up from the main interface of Play Golf to enter the score card, and input your stroke data of each hole.

Tap the Performance Review icon on the main interface of Play Golf to see the landing point and yardage of your each shot.

The icon will appear after you track your each shot (record the GPS location).

Swipe down from the Home interface to enter the edit page of shortcut button, tap the icons to remove/add shortcut buttons.

Initial Cleaning: Gently remove dust or debris with a soft lens brush or by blowing on the lens.

Removing Marks: Use the provided microfiber cloth for cleaning. Lightly breathe on the lens for moisture and then wipe gently in a circular motion. Avoid coarse materials and excessive rubbing to prevent scratches.

Deep Cleaning: For thorough cleaning, use photographic lens tissue with lens cleaning fluid or isopropyl alcohol. Apply the fluid to the cloth, not directly on the lens.

The product is only IP65 waterproof, DO NOT immerse the entire device in water or liquids.
