How do I perform the initial setup of the LOOP CHARGECASE?
Place your iPhone 5 or 5s inside the LOOP CHARGECASE and press to close it.
How do I charge the LOOP CHARGECASE?
To charge the case:
1. Plug the micro-USB male into the LOOP CHARGECASE connector.
2. Plug the USB male into your computer USB.
3. Your case is fully charged when the 4 green LEDs turn on.
How do I use the LOOP CHARGECASE to charge my iPhone?
When your iPhone battery gets low, simply plug the short Lightning Connector cable into your iPhone charge port and press the LOOP CHARGECASE button for immediate access to power backup.
How can I check the remaining battery capacity of the LOOP CHARGECASE?
Press the LOOP CHARGECASE button. The LED indicator shows the current capacity. Each LED represents 25% capacity, and 4 LEDs represent about 75-100%. You have to charge the power case when one LED is flashing, which means capacity is less than 10%.
What do the LED status indicators on the LOOP CHARGECASE signify?
The 4 LEDs show the battery status as follows:
LED1 is blinking: 0-10%
LED1 is solid: 10-25%
LED2 is solid: 25-50%

How do I set up the LoopWallet with the LOOP CHARGECASE?
1. Make sure your iPhone is placed inside your LOOP CHARGECASE.
2. Download and install the LoopWallet app from the App Store.
3. Launch the LoopWallet app and signup for a LoopWallet account.
4. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the iPhone and press “Pair” when the “Bluetooth Pairing Request” pops up.
How do I add cards to the LOOP CHARGECASE?
1. Launch the LoopWallet app.
2. Plug the Swiper into the iPhone audio port.
3. Go to the Add Card page and swipe the card with the Swiper.
How do I transmit a card or make a payment using the LOOP CHARGECASE?
1. Launch the LoopWallet app and select a card in the card menu.
2. Place the LOOP CHARGECASE near the POS terminal and touch the screen to transmit the card and make a payment.
What security and usage precautions should be followed for the LOOP CHARGECASE?
1. Please do not strike the device with any blunt or sharp article.
2. Please use an adaptor with output 5.0V/5.5V to charge this device.
3. Please check the battery capacity of your device before charging.
4. If there is no output, just recharge it to go back to normal.
5. Never put the device in the water or close to a fire or in high or low temperature.
6. Never let children play with the device, including accessories.
7. Please do not disassemble and refit the device to alter the protection system, it can cause fire or explosion.
8. Please contact or send the device to dealer service center for examination and repair immediately if any overheat, discolor or shape change.
